This pressure washer is pretty much what I expected and having a lower pressure device is exactly what I wanted. I was a bit put off by the somewhat fragile method of connecting a garden hose. Being a little careless might cause something to break at that connection. The only real negative I have is the abysmal battery life. B&D ships this with their lowest 1.5AH battery and it clearly needs more than that. Fortunately I am well invested into this 20V Max system and have plenty of batteries. Still, to use this washer for an hour, you'll need 4 or 5 battery changes which may not be possible for some users. It wouldn't have killed B&D to have shipped a 2.0AH or even a 3.0AH with this unit and adjusted the price accordingly. ... show more

You know, I bought this because I only want to clean some things without risk of damaging them. I'm not looking to strip paint or anything. So I bought this because it is weak at only 350psi. But oh man is this weak. To get pressure, the stream is too thin. You won't get anywhere washing the side of the house or the car, because the battery is weak too. Think old R/C cars you would charge for hours only to get 15 to 20 minutes use. When it runs out you realize it wasn't much stronger than the water pressure, its just the fact of nozzle focusing a small stream. It can hardly take bird poop off the car, after all. It's kind of noisy and smells like ut runs by burning compressor oil. The quick connect leaks all on your shoes as you move around because it can't take a little strain from the hose. I finally popped off the quick connect and threw it, I was so done! Soaked feet, job half done, and battery dead I was swearing at Black & Decker like a lunaric! ... show more

I bought this because they said that it was light enough to handle but that the pressure was really great. The pressure is terrible. It won't even clean my spa. I have to put the hose right next to anything that I'm cleaning and wait for a few seconds for it to clean anything at all. The only thing it has been good for is spritzing my flowers lol. definitely not enough pressure to wash a car, your mower, or anything like that. very disappointed ... show more

Have no idea who's responsibility it is, but the device come clogged with brown dirt and didn't suck the water. To fix it, I poured the water into the inlet, holding the device upside down, and ran it with nozzle detached. A lot of dirt came out and then it started to pump as expected.
