I suppose this is a fairly good purchase for the price, but to be honest the plastic blades have kind of a cheap feel to them. When you install it it's not as noticeable, so that's a good thing. The light and fan work fine. I do agree with others that the instructions and installation are difficult, but that is an increasing problem with many electronics. Personally, next time I would spend a bit more and fine something that is of higher quality. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I am impressed with its packaging and quality. The fan was securely packed, ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. I could not be happier with the ceiling fan. I love that it looks so sleek and modern. The remote control is very easy to use and the fan/light has a bunch of useful settings. The fan function runs smoothly and very quietly. It was easy and quick to install. I couldn't be happier with it.

2 hours and 2 people later the fan is finally up. The instructions are poor quality, only pictures shown. As fans go, and we’ve installed several over the years, this one was challenging. We actually just installed another one in our bathroom that we purchased off Amazon and that one was way easier. They didn’t make a larger size, so we had to try a different seller. Let me start with what I like the most: the fan blades. They are curved and solid. The curves are not only decorative but functional as the curve generates a better breeze. That the light can be changed - from 'warm' to 'cold' - is a great thing. However, the light isn't all that bright so don't count on this to brighten up the entire room (depending on the size of your room). Now - what I like the least: The LED fixture is part of the fan. There is no replacing the bulbs here. Once these LEDs wear out you have no light and lose half the purpose of having this fixture. One other thing I dislike: The fixture isn't UL approved. That means that this fixture cannot be used in commercial installations (not that I am looking to use this in an office building) but the point is that UL ensures that products have certain safety ratings. The lack of a UL approval is cause for concern. ... show more
