Neat tool, decent quality, and a fair deal for $89 bucks. Several vendors had the same one on amazon just at different prices. Somewhat heavy and awkward to control when fully extended to 18' feet, but I used partially extended most of time and worked well. Used with harbor freight Portland 1750 PW with no problems. Added some quick disconnects and a coupling to Portland 1750 to hook it up. Little or no noticeable loss of pressure using it. Clean mildew and crud off an A-Frame metal roof and it did the job. Did help eliminate the ladder, but will your arms will get tired. Still like my hand wand, but this is a neat piece of equipment and I liked it. Would buy again. ... show more

The reviews described the units weight while extended, it requires effort, however its well built . I agree that the strap is useless, mine shipped missing an adapter, email customer service, answer in less than 24 hours that they have no individual parts, offed a partial refund or return. They credited my account in like 24 hors for the missing part. As to using it, its fabulous, gets water to where you need it. Im using it with a 2300psi electric unit, planty of power and no loss at the end of wand. My shoulders and elbows have long standing issues , so i cant work non stop with this, i did one side of my home each day. Pay close attention to your footing. This unit is well made and you could use it commercially. I played with the harness assembly and got it adjusted for my needs and worked well, may have to move the clamp on the pole. As far as customer service, I had a issue that was taken care of very promptly . Thank you again customer service.

at the end of the handle is a quick release adaptor where one would attach the garden hose. The problem is this brass fixture is in metric It does not fit any hose,it is impossible to find an adapter for this, tried many different plumbing supplies at shops. and no adapter is included with the kit sent, incredible !! it can not be used. Why does Amazon represent this ? Not possible to contact original supplier,only Amazon . A huge waste of time and effort. ... show more

As others have commented, this pressure washer wand is not for the meek. If it is fully extended, it can be a bit unwieldy to handle. The belt really isn't useful. However, if you have the strength and coordination to control the wand, it does a great job of washing high areas and windows of a two-story house.     • Works well although it is a little heavy even with the sling.
I used the product to clean the center supports of my pool cage. The telescoping feature permitted me to reach it from the sides of the pool without having to set up scaffolding between two ladders to reach the two sections above the slope from shallow end to deep end of the pool. While it was relatively easy, the product is heavy and a bit cumbersome with the heavy duty hose. But that will hopefully ensure many years of use without needing replacement. ... show more

I haven’t used it yet, but everything looks good I had one febore , got stolen, so I hope this one works as good , for previous experience I was very happy to be able to reach second story home without getting on a ladder.
