I like the cleaner a lot but when I went to change tips I noticed the spin rod was super rusty. I could barely get the spray tip off without braking it. I thought "wow these are tight", then seen alll the rust and realized why. So beware I guess.

    • At least 4x faster than using a wand. Needs a little TLC before using it but just a minor item.

I am using this on a 3700psi pressure washer. Assembly of the two part handle to the base was easy using the provide pins. The first test run I discovered the casters did not roll very well and was difficult to maneuver so I took it to my workshop and discovered the wheels roll on an unlubericated bushing. Removal of each axle bolt was easy and applying some grease took about 15 minutes and resolved the problem. The only other issue was a personal preference of adding a "kick stand" on the bottom of the handle, so when the handle is temporarily laid down the hose is not kinked at the attachment coupling. After the minor TLC the surface cleaner did an excellent job cleaning the concrete driveway. Areas that have overhanging trees seemed to need more attention than those out in the open. I would say that using the surface cleaner was 4x as fast opposed to just using a hand held wand. I rated maneuverability at 4 stars because it required grease on the wheel axle when it should have been done at the factory, otherwise it is a 5 stars. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I ordered a 20 inch surface cleaner and it's a 18 1/2 inches , I have tried to email them and got no response. It's sad bc I loved the first 18INCH one I bought from wojet....... A few days later they have corrected the issue, and now I'm happy about things , thanks wojet ... show more

I received my ??NEW WOJET?? surface cleaner which I ordered the .25 tips for my 2.5 GPM PW. I removed the original tips and noticed RUST INSIDE THE WAND THROUGHOUT!!! HOW. WHY??? Everything appears to be new, so why would it have RUST in the new wand. Someone need to respond because I have pictures and have not used it yet. I'm purchasing all new equipment to be used in the Spring of 2024. REVIEW UPDATE: The manufacturer has reached out to me and explained their suppliers mixup of the wand being cast iron and not stainless. Love this piece of equipment helps get driveways and walkways done a lot faster. If you are in the market for one though make sure your pressure washer is 4.5 gpm or more it does work with less but you have to change out the tips and move a lot slower.

I have used this product successfully, twice. On two jobs, on the third job, there was catastrophic failure in the handle housing that prevented the item from functioning properly.
