I knew I needed to deep clean my grout and I weighed my options before purchasing this steam mop. I could hire a professional, use a chemical grout cleaning solution solution and scrub or try a steam cleaner. Of those options I decided to buy this steam cleaning mop because of the price and because I needed a steam mop anyway. I figured I could still use chemicals if I needed to since I didn’t really want to hire anyone. I’m so happy I did purchase this first. I did not use any chemicals, just steam. First I mopped the floor with water. Went over the grout with the steam brush using no scrubbing pressure. This was allow the steam to loosen the dirt. Then I did a final scrub with the steam brush. I’m not going to lie, it still is a lot of work. Most of my flooring is tile. But I’m happy to not be breathing in any chemicals. Included a close up of the grout to show the difference.

Very happy with my purchase. Believe it or not, but I enjoy mopping with my new Bissell steam mop. I bought Power Fresh Deluxe to replace an older model Bissell that I had been using for about 12 years ago. I use 3 or 4 bonnets during my typical mopping so I appreciate how easy it is to remove and put on the elasticized bonnet. Just have to be careful not to burn myself when removing. I like the detachable feature so I can use the brush to scrub grout in trouble spots. It’s a little tricky to detach, though. The scent disc is nice. I’ve added essential oil to the paper fiber disc and it makes the mopping experience nice. The extra long electric cord is also a great improvement over the older Bissell.

This tool changed our lives. If you have a tile floor, just buy it. There is nothing more satisfying that hearing hot steam hissing out of your machine onto your floor, and loosening all the guck that a family and dogs create. It’s unbeatable. If you’ve ever used a mop, you know how disgusting that is. Walking around with a bucket of dirty water that’s full of hair and grossness is disgusting. And dipping into that over and over seems backward. The steam mop eliminates all of that. Hot, hot water vapor leans everything on your floor. Note that this doesn’t vacuum it, but the towel covers on the steam mop wipe it all off. Your floor is left smooth, clean, and smelling good (the scent tablets do that). Ok, so some tips: buy a set of after-market towel pads. Amazon has a bunch. I bought the 8-pack and that’s just right. Your pads get filthy FAST so you’ll need more so you can swap it quickly. Second: the scent discs really work. I made the mistake of buying a 20-pack of lemon scent discs that were no-name. They suck. Just buy the Bissell brand of discs. The other ones have no smell. One small caveat: my Bissell just turns off sometimes. You gotta turn off the switch and let it set for a minute and start again. I see many people have had them fail. I notice the quality of this unit is MEH. PLASTIC AND FLIMSY CRAP FROM China. So that turning off problem needs to be fixed by Bissell. Now that we have this thing, we love it more than any cleaning tool we have. It’s SO satisfying to have a truly clean floor. PSS- vacuum your floor first to get the hair and dirt grains and debris. THEN steam mop. Love this machine. I hope it doesn’t stop working because we’ve only had it a month and we can’t part with it.

I was skeptical as to whether this was just another gimmick. It's not. Steam mopping is slower than wet mopping to be sure, but the results aren't comparable. As to the Bissell unit, it's surprisingly light and very maneuverable. Assembly was basically a single screw. The panel for selecting power and steam levels are kind of non intuitive but after a few uses you get used to it. Overall, yes, I strongly recommend this item

This thing has a pump water feed (not gravity) to ensure constant steam. The scrub pads have tight elastic to ensure they don't roll up on mop when scrubbing floor. The Detachable mop head allows you to utilize the steam scrubber head for hard to remove grout grime. Seriously though, I had no idea how disgusting our grout in the kitchen had gotten since having floor tile redone. 100% would recommend.

I used it right after I received it and it picked so much off my floor. Got rid of a bunch of marks that I honestly thought were floor damage at this point because my normal mop wasn’t getting them. 10/10 definitely worth it and the scent things make the house smell really good.

I’ve had this steam mop for about a year and a half, and I’ve used it daily! The power and steam buttons finally stopped working so I contacted customer service to get some troubleshooting help. They immediately shipped out a new mop, no questions asked! I’m beyond impressed! Great steam mop and great company. Highly recommend!!!

I have 3 pets, a mini-Aussie who manages to bring in most of the outdoors in her fluff and 2 cats. This little steamer cuts through all the crud on my floors. It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver, as well as easy to refill. I like that it comes with scent options and doesn’t require purchasing specific cleaning products to use - any old distilled water will do.
