I hate cleaning my floors and area rugs. I was looking for something that was make it easier for me and definitely found it. This thing not only cleans my floors - both tile and hardwood - but it cleans my area rugs! I am so happy to have found this thing. I mean it’s loud as hell when it’s running but I didn’t buy it for the noise level. It does the job I need it to do and I can’t at all complain about it. I did make sure to get an extra brush roll with it. This is how I mop my floors now and my floors have never looked better.

Like- makes my floors look and feel very clean. I do sweep frequently the vacuum part will clean up cat hair if missed with cleaning Dislike- can be annoying to clean with taking out roller each time and emptying water out each time but if you don’t do that, it would get mildewy pretty quickly. I think if I bought one again, I would spring for the cordless because I have three floors to clean and unplugging and replugging can be annoying at times.

The media could not be loaded. Super strong vacuum - cut cleaning in half and great day to day with new messes. Super strong it sucked up a pencil, crayon, wet paper. Negatives all have to do with the mopping function- left tire streaks, does not get stuck on messes at all even after doing 10 Passovers, it should not advertise as a carpet cleaner it did absolutely nothing to clean those, left puddles but think that is user error.

Pain to keep changing the filter, it needs changed every 2-3 rooms, and we don't even have pets. So sorry I bought this. I thought it would work better than my Shark! I was wrong.
