I bought this at the lowest price at could find and overlooked the excellent and good condition to save money on the "acceptable" condition and I'm SO glad that I did because it is in fact in EXCELLENT condition as far as the physical phone itself and hardware having not a single scratch or a single sign of wear and tear and I have used it for weeks now and the software is also perfectly fine with no lagging, no charging issues, no power issue with it shutting off. It probably works better than some brand new phones I have had! It also was indeed unlocked as advertised and super easy for my to setup myself and add to my current carrier. I only had to call them for help with one step in the activation process which was a breeze and probably something I could have done on my own. The phone is durable and the screen was well protected during shipping and it arrived on time. Perfect. Absolutely perfect. I have a hard time believing this phone is actually refurbished, because it arrived with only one cycle charge on it, with a manufacture date of 3/2025 and first use date of 9/2025. I bought it in 1/2026, and I am convinced this is a brand new phone. Everything is in mint condition, the camera works great, photos look great, iOS 26.2 is running just fine, the battery life is unmatched, and the case and screen protector I purchased fit like a glove. phone came with 100% battery and no issues I could see. I ended up returning it though because the size is very big. unfortunately people these days want to carry a entire smart tv in their pocket and apple no longer makes small iphones

So far iPhone 16e works as expected and arrived in working condition. The charging cable that was sent is faulty and does not work. I’ve tried it on multiple outlets and charging blocks. Not a reflection on the phone itself but is a bit frustrating.

It was getting pretty warm when I was setting it up and charging it , aside from that the phone is working great and looks BRAND NEW (even came with screen protector not one scratch) . It was actually hardly used and I still have limited warranty until May of 2026. No parts have been replaced and I don’t have any weird parts and services pop ups. I think I hit the jackpot with this seller, it was a great value and they are great communication wise when I didn’t get it next day shipping as payed for. Thankfully it came the day after so it wasn’t too bad. Only con is the third part charger it came with , and no brick . Highly recommend them though . ... show more

I purchased (2) iPhone 16e unlocked phones. They were shipped quickly and both included a clean new charging cable. Basically what you'd get from Apple. #1 had 3 battery cycles (less than a week of use!) with a first use of 10/2025. The body was perfect, but the screen has a pretty deep scratch from likely car keys. Once I slapped a screen protector on it's basically a brand new phone with a noticeable but insignificant blemish. #2 had 127 battery cycles with a first use of 3/2025. The body and screen are both perfect. While having significant more use, it still has over 90% life left as these batteries are made to last over 1000 cycles. Battery shows 100% health still. Overall, for the cost savings, I am happy with the purchase. Saving a 1/3 of the cost per phone for minor imperfections and use seems like a great bargain if you don't care about having the latest and greatest. The 16e is a huge upgrade to our well used iPhone 12 mini and 11 Pro. Should I have any issues in the near future I'll be sure to update my review. ... show more

I ordered the refurbished phone in "GOOD" condition expecting some minor scratches/blemishes on the phone. What I received was a phone that shows no signs of wear or damage. I had no issue getting connected to my cell phone carrier (Xfinity Mobile). Don't count on having the phone by the quoted delivery date (as many many reviews have pointed out), but it was delivered to me less than a week "late". I am happy with my purchase and the cost of this used phone was almost $250 less than what I would have paid Xfinity for a new phone. ... show more
