I’ve worn it short for a couple of years & now I’ve decided to grow it out. It was taking forever to air dry & was getting frizzy. It took me less than 10 minutes to diffuse my hair & I love the shine. It is a little noisy but not too unbearable. It can be a little heavy with the diffuser attachment but it’s very manageable. Came in great condition. Not new but i would say like-new. All attachments were there. Works great, not too loud, probably even better than my last hair dryer. I didn’t expect it to be quiet anyway. It’s a hair dryer. I have no complaints and glad I took a chance on a refurbished model.

This was a refurbished blow dryer, thus cheaper. It is just wonderful! I have curly hair and need just warm air. My previous dryer diffuser head would pop off often. This one has never fallen off. It is a little heavy, but it works just great!

    • No heat damage but not in Excellent condition
I am very impressed with this hair dryer. I have curly hair so I used the diffuser attachment. I also have the curl types (2C with a little bit of 3A) that is most prone to heat damage. I was very impressed with how this dryer worked. It’s very powerful on the highest setting! Most diffusers don’t dry my hair so quickly and they leave hot spots on my scalp and only hold my curls for about 2, maybe 3 days but not this one. Even after I pull my hair up, do an intense workout, or mess it up, I just spray a little water on it and it bounces back immediately. Also I noticed that my hair care products work so much better with this diffuser. My hair is softer, shinier, looks much healthier and my curls are more defined. My son who has type 3C/4A hair also loves this hairdryer. We were so pleased we decided to buy one for my son’s girlfriend who also has curly hair. Some reviews on here say that the dryer gets “too hot.” That is not true. It is made of high quality materials and the ceramic does not cause hot spots or heat damage. The only thing is that it’s not exactly in “Excellent Condition” but more of a “used” condition. Nevertheless I still recommend this hairdryer especially if you have curly or wavy hair and don’t mind having a used hairdryer. ... show more

This is the worst blow dryer I have ever had. I’m almost 50 years old so I’ve had quite a few hair dryers in my lifetime. This is the worst! It is very loud. I could get past the noise if it wasn’t such an awful hair dryer. The vent in the back needs to be cleaned often. This is no different from any of the other dryers I’ve had. However, even when it’s clean and clear the dryer still stops working randomly. It takes forever for it to turn back on. I told my sister to buy it when I first got it because I liked it at first. She had the exact same problem. She ended up returning it and getting another one. She had the same problem. Do not waste your money. You’re better off letting your hair air dry. Less frustrating. I would give it 0 starts if I could. ... show more
