If this were just about an inch wider, taller and longer it would have been perfect for all of the things I had planned to use it for. For some reason I thought the dividers were adjustable so it was not exactly as I had hopped. Time will tell on it's sturdiness, durability and versatility.

Bought this to replace a large wooden sewing box that is falling apart. Works well, I was able to get most of the odds and ends ( Pins, bobbins etc) and some of my treads. Didn't hold all the threads so I used a plastic shoe box for the odd ball colors that I hardly use. Will see if it holds up .

Product was the right size for my needs, but the beautiful deeper bright blue in the product photos when I purchased this was not what I received. I loved that color.... and what I got was a pale sky blue.... which I don't really want but am keeping since I currently need this container. As others have mentioned the plastic used is a bit flimsy and the clips keeping the layers and lid on are loose feeling. I plan to use some string/ribbon to tie around everything and keep it more secure when traveling. Overall, I don't really recommend this unless you get it cheap. ... show more
