- Rust Resistant -An uniform-coverage e-coating process improves the overall corrosion resistance of our step bars, while providing excellent adhesion to prevent coating shedding and increase longevity. An additional thickened layer of black frosted textured rust-resistant powder coating and hollow drainage holes have been added to the surface to minimize damage caused by rain, snow and other harsh environments.
- Support Up To 500 LBS - Running boards are made of heavy-duty carbon steel. The 3-tube design brings the step bar closer to the truck body. The main support tube is a thickened construction design with a diameter of 2 inches. A special triangular welding process is used to increase strength and durability.

I'm not one that typically write reviews on my purchases, but I want to let people know that these side steps/nerf bars are pretty worthy! The running boards are very well made, very sturdy, have a very nice finish/texture on them, and they fit perfectly on my Toyota Tacoma with every bracket aligning up perfectly. They were super easy to install with easy to follow instructions and minimal tools needed. They were very well packed and arrived within a week. One bar had a minor scratch on it, but it wasn't bad enough for me to worry about. If you're looking for very sturdy Nerf bars that go on easy and look great, Don't hesitate to purchase these!!

I recently installed these running boards on my 2010 Toyota Tacoma, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase! The quality is excellent—sturdy, well-built, and they fit perfectly with no modifications needed. Installation was straightforward, with clear instructions and all the hardware included. Not only do they add a sleek, rugged look to my truck, but they also make getting in and out much easier, especially for passengers. The grip is solid and feels safe even in wet conditions. Incredibly easy installation. I could have put them on myself but I got my son to help me out which made it very quick. Less than an hour (not counting removing the garbage GM side steps). The few extra parts weren't needed but were appreciated. Everything was labelled and the instructions were good - with one minor exception. Can you please give us the torque values for all of the bolts? They look really good and they are very sturdy. I'm taking these off road in about a month so I'm not concerned if they get a little dinged up. That's what they're there for. They fit perfectly, no rubbing anywhere. The price is extraordinary considering that the junky plastic GM side steps cost somewhere between $800 and $900 (they came with my truck so it doesn't hurt quite as bad as it would if I had bought them afterwards).

Solid. Just installed two days ago so I cant speak to longevity, but the directions are written easy enough to make sense to someone who has never used a tool before. Would recommend having a second set of hands to mount on your truck. I got it but had to hold up the far end with a foot to get all 3 brackets onto the body studs. One thing, leave all your bolts loose when mounting so you can make slight adjustments if needed prior to snugging up everything as these are made to fit multiple vehicles. Total install time about 40 minutes.

Looks good, easy install, coating seems rugged. Has a slight downward flex when you step on it and sometimes it feels like you could slide off the step when stepping out as if its just not quite wide enough, only reason its not 5* but beyond that im happy so far.

The installation process was facilitated by clear and concise instructions, which I found easy to follow. However, I recommend reviewing the instructions thoroughly at least twice prior to starting the installation. After successfully installing the driver side, I found that I could complete the installation of the passenger side in approximately half the time. As I took on this project solo, the total installation time amounted to about two and a half hours. One suggestion for the manufacturer would be to consider painting all nuts and bolts black to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the running boards. To address this myself, I opted to lightly spray black paint over the chrome bolts, achieving a more cohesive look. I am satisfied with the quality and functionality of the Binary Star running boards and appreciate their design and performance. The installation process was facilitated by clear and concise instructions, which I found easy to follow. However, I recommend reviewing the instructions thoroughly at least twice prior to starting the installation.
