  • Worth the money
Size: 16 Inch
I bought this from Amazon after reading the reviews of this machine and others. This is a very good machine. Assembly very easy, if you can tell the difference between a bolt and wing nut you can put this together in less than 10 minutes. The performance of the machine is outstanding.I live in south Michigan and its pretty sandy soil but the grass roots are hard and I had no problem tilling a 12’x30’ plot twice in each direction in less than 2 hours , however I have COPD so I take a lot of breaks, a healthy person could do the same in 45 minutes.Nice low noise operating system. Overall I’m very happy with the machine, if it’s longevity is comparable to original quality, it should last me a long time. I highly recommend this machine ... show more

  • Amazing performance for the rice
Size: 16 Inch
I was amazed! Assembled this unit in less than 10 min, and that includes making a mistake and backtracking. Construction was well thought-out and engineering was above average. (This includes the use of Nylock nuts in strategic locations to prevent loosening due to vibration.) We have a small (3ft X 20ft) raised bed garden plot that gets a yearly 4in of compost and needs tilling every spring, and this little unit had the job done in less than seven minutes. (Thats four passes from end to end.) It took me longer to clean the tines and lower unit than it did to till the garden. The tiller was super easy to use and control; gave me no problems. (I'm so close to turning 80 that I can spit on it from here, and this tiller is the easiest and the best I've ever used.) Just one caution: be sure to read the destruction manual so you don't put the handle together wrong and have to re-do it. ... show more

  • It is very convenient to operate
It is very convenient to operate, and the deep ploughing effect is very good. Strong power. The price is reasonable. Fast delivery! Five-star praise products are very, very worth recommending!

  • Surprised
Size: 16 Inch
Works surprisingly well on the tough soil I have. Light weight and easy to use. I had some weeds that got tangled in the tines. Next time I’ll weed whack them down prior to using. I recommend buying this for small to medium jobs. Planter beds to larger gardens. It’ll do the trick.

  • Works really well
Size: 16 Inch
This machine was very easy to put together. It appears to be solidly made and has a real kick to it. It is heavier than I expected and does jump when it hits something hard in the solid. All in all, very satisfied with the purchase.

  • BUY THIS! Read it again, BUY THIS!
Size: 16 Inch
We have a garden that is 50'x50' and was left untended for five years. We pulled up the rotten wood framed beds and all the weed fabric and decided to rototill the whole area and start fresh. We started out with a rented two-cycle gas rototiller. It did okay but got bound up frequently with the roots and grass. It had a hard time with rocks and was noisy and smelly as well. It burned through gas as well. For the amount of work we had it was going to be cheaper to buy a tiller than continue to rent one. We gambled on this electric one because we didn't want the maintenance, noise and smell of the engine powered tillers. We hit the JACKPOT! This thing is powerful enough to cut through dense/packed soil bound up by creeping roots. It was tossing out rocks bigger than a baked potato (see the picture) and still cutting soil and going forward. This was the right price, the right quality and the right capability. No regrets. Unless you garden is so big you need a tractor--this is the right rototiller for your garden! ... show more

  • This thing is a beast
Size: 16 Inch
100% satisfied with my purchase. This little machine is a work horse. It goes & goes & is as smooth as could ask for. No harsh fumes or smoke either due to being electric. Very smooth operation. Only real issue is cord can get in the way. Be sure to keep it behind you or over your shoulder. Extremely light weight I can carry it around with one hand. Tines do not get easily wrapped up either. Most roots are shredded instantly. Very easily assembled maybe 3 pieces snapped together. This does not take away from quality of durability at all. Lastly this tiller is extremely quiet W/ little to no noise. Sound is more of a low hum. Overall great tiller well worth listed price. No issues to speak of in my opinion. ... show more

  • This machine is fantastic for tilling a small garden.
I live in North Alabama. We have red clay soil, when it is dry, it is super hard and when wet, a slimy mess. This little tiller went into the hard ground and really did a great job. Then I added garden soil, and the tiller turned it into the existing ground beautifully. I was very impressed. My garden area is 44 ft by 16 ft. ... show more
