The instructions the came with the chair were useless, they lacked the how to that should. It gave the next step, but not the how to. In In addition, we had trouble with installing the arm rest as the left side would not tighten.

really needs better assembly instructions and label what bolts go where. the padding is not good. i ended up giving it to my son after about 3 days of use. the customer service was excellent, with in just a few hours the contacted me to make things as right as they could.

This chair is really easy to assemble, I did it on my own and barely looked at the instructions. It is much more comfortable than the chair I was using before this one and matches my room. I really like the pillows and how you can adjust the back to fit your needs. The chair I had before, the back wouldn't sit up straight and it always made me slouch but with this one, I can put it slightly below upright! The only thing about this chair is that I could see how it would be uncomfortable for someone with larger hips than me. I weigh 180 and have a slightly above-average-sized waist. My hips rest on the bumps of the chair and I can see how someone with wider hips would have trouble. ... show more

I wanted to get a better chair for when I play games because my posture is bad enough as is. This chair is super comfy and I like how adjustable it is so when I'm at my desk but watching something instead of playing a game I can recline it back and still be really comfy! The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because I received a black and red chair instead of the pink and white one I had ordered. It’s a nice chair I’m not sure how I feel about the steadiness and the support I just assembled it today it doesn’t feel wobbly but kind of looks not strong but it’s rlly pretty and the cushion is really flat but soft so I’d recommend getting some kind of pillow cushion just to make it look more appealing overall great chair!
