Unfortunately the treadmill came in a damaged box and the side of the treadmill was cracked. We were able to work with the seller to get a partial refund. The treadmill was very easy to set up and not too heavy. It is the perfect size. However, when you go over a speed of 3.0 there is a weird skip that happens and is kind of dangerous if you’re not holding on to the sides. It’s exactly what I was looking for!! Easy to put away under a bed, great price, not a gigantic machine! I walk with a long stride and this is perfect for that! It has everything a more pricey treadmill has packed into this one! Definitely recommend!!

    • Dangerous increase in speed can occur
I purchased this treadmill to have some way to walk at home where I work. The size and maneuverability are good. It is not well designed and the manual says nothing about the 4 equally spaced numbers 2-3-4-5 below the step/calorie/ speed indicators. I was resting my television remote in the small holding area above the front of the treadmill and I accidentally touched the number four. The treadmill sped up to 4 mph which is not what I wanted and I was spun off the machine. The string with the emergency contact did come off the machine and the machine stopped right away. I am not using this for anything dramatic because I am 71 years old but I am able to use a treadmill. I am not thrilled about how easy it is to touch the areas that will increase the speed of the treadmill immediately while you're on it and I'm not thrilled with the manual says nothing about these numbers. The manual is poorly written and gives a very minimum of information. I had to buy extra oil to be able to lubricate the tread because what they send with the treadmill is a very minimal amount. This is OK for what I need but it is not a good treadmill. ... show more

The product came broken which I understand can happen in transit, but I expect it to be taken care of by the seller. I also cannot go over 3.0 without the belt 'skipping' and myself almost tripping and falling off. I have been working with the seller, but have not gotten much of a response about what they are going to do to fix the issues. ... show more

    • Not easy to store because the screen rail has to be bolted and unbolted to fold
It's not an easy up and down rail. You have to tighten the bolt to lock it in and it still leans forward... Not easy storage. It takes a hex key (that you need to go buy as it didn't come with it) that has to be used to lock the top rail in the up position. When you are ready to store it you have to loosen the bolts to fold back down. ... show more

    • Frustrating
It does the job but pretty loud and no cushion at all under your feet just metal then the belt so could end up being bad on knees. As far as putting bar up and down it’s terrible you have to unscrew and screw it with Allen wrench when you want to put bar down and up. It’s also so frustrating trying to get the bar in the exact right place while screwing in the bolts. If you don’t get it exactly right then the bar is super wobbly like really bad. It’s extremely hard to move around as well. I would of probably spent my money elsewhere had I known it would be so complicated to put togather and move around to store. ... show more

Smooth belt. I especially like the 3,2,1 countdown when it starts and when you power it down, it is gradual. The handles are substantial and are great for a senior like me.
