As a woman with a neck injury, I was able to put it together easily myself. I'm on constant video calls for my job and this chair looks professional and elegant. I absolutely love it! It adjusts up and down, of course. I'm a 5'2" woman and it fits me perfectly. I can easily be overwhelmed by chairs, but although "large", this chair fits me perfectly. The color is a warm chestnut which suits my cozy vibe. It also has a footrest that is hidden underneath and is simply pulled out and popped forward. I don't really use it because I'm primarily working at my desk. However, it is very comfortable if you need to put your feet up. It comes with the tools to put it together (plus extra parts if needed). Love, love it.

The reviews complaint is the arms come loose. The back arm insert thread need to be clean/rethreaded or screws can cross thread and come loose(see picture) otherwise a good comforts chair.

Seems to be a good product. Just assembled it using the instructions. Which sadly are not right. The have the wrong labeled bolts going into 2 different locations. It is able to be worked through but could've been avoided with better instructions. The color is not as it looks on the advertisement. It's more of a fake oak brown leather than the rich deeper brown it showed on the images. Had to pay for shipping. I'm glad I didn’t have to pay for additional assembly with these instructions. I hope they changes for everyone else.-- For everyone's knowledge Bolts #2 and #4 have to be switched because the threads on the sleeves they go into are wrong.

I have already submitted a review earlier in conjunction with using my Chase Bank points on Amazon and was asked again to write another review. This chair was a great find and replacement for my previous faux leather chair which had issue of peeling after 4 years. It's comfortable and very good value. I should not have issue of fabric peeling again as it's made of cloth rather than faux leather.
