    • I am 5’2” and this chair is too tall
The chair is comfortable. The arms are completely adjustable. Unfortunately my feet don't touch the ground. I am 5’2”. Can’t sit back and relax in it.

I love this chair, it’s so comfortable compared to my last one (a gaming chair). A tip when installing it took me a few tries attaching the back. The metal piece goes inside the base and inside the plastic covering. It should be firm no wobbling once screwed in.

The build quality what you'd expect and was easy to put together. It comes with the appropriate allen key and instructions. The bottom cushion is very nice compared to most chairs in the past. The padding is super thick and I don't see it flattening any time soon. The big issue I have is that this chair is not designed for people who are tall. I'm not even that tall at 5'10". The headrest is adjustable, but at the max height, it presses into my shoulder blades. Its just not high enough, or maybe it was designed before the thicker cushion was added. I have to squish down for it to not be painful. Next are the armrests. They are adjustable height and can be turned in or out. The problem is when I barely lean on the arm rests they turn out. I guess I could just leave it out, but it's not comfortable most of the time. My plan is to keep the chair, but remove the headrest. It's too bad because it's a nice feature. My old chair is worn out and this is still more comfortable. If you're relatively small, this would be a great chair. *Edit: The seller got in contact with me and we came to an acceptable resolution, hence my change to a 3 star. I love this chair, it is really sturdy, easy to follow instructions, my husband and son put it together in about half an hour, it was not difficult at all, they just had to both be available for the last two steps putting together the chair with the wheels/legs, with lifting it a little and just sitting it down on the legs, but other than that it was a great experience. ... show more

the base is very sturdy, the chair itself is easy to assemble. The Back is plastic and thats where the problem is. my chair only lasted 3 months and the back snapped off. also its much shorter than i expected it to be so its not really comfortable to sit in since it has 0 neck support. the seat is comfortable though. Honestly feeling like i wasted money on this purchase. oh well ... show more
