It is shipped in 2 boxes and you will need to attach the back, sides and legs to the sofa. Very easy assembly. Great looking couch. Cushions are a between soft and hard but I think that is a good thing so it will keep it's shape. One thing to note is that the cushions where you sit are not too deep so you cannot put any decorative pillows and expect to sit comfortably. Very shallow seating. Perfect for staging or petite people. Hope this helps!

This couch is wonderful- especially for a tiny city apartment ... however the seat itself is shallow. Like you’re sitting upright. Im 5’4 and I sit upright in it. But it’s super comfy, especially the arms and the chaise part. And I assembled it myself. Comes in two different boxes- I was lucky both got delivered on same day. Idk if that’s the norm or not. But all in all very happy w my purchase.

This couch arrived 2 weeks early. I was very impressed with the quality. I absolutely love this couch. & wouldn't hesitate to buy it. & the seller was sure to communicate the product was coming in 2packages. Which I appreciate. Update- This couch was a waste of money, I had it for a month now and already noticing it not build to last. The stuffing used makes the pillow flimsy & not sturdy. Made cheaply. Sitting on it for more then 20 mins will hurt because it's back is way to low & it's not even with your knees. . And I'm 5'1. Disappointing.

When the sectional arrived, I was a little worried because I have never bought anything so significant online. When we put it together, it didn’t take too long and pretty easy to assemble. The grey color was exactly what I was looking for, the material was so soft and cushion very sturdy but so comfortable. We just love it. The seller was great communicator and was able to helps us with all our questions.

This couch was a very last minute purchase as I had been waiting nearly 4 months for a couch from Raymour and Flannigan. This couch came within 3 days of placing the order so props for speedy delivery. The couch itself is gorgeous. Material is soooo soft and doesn’t look like some cheap microfiber. It’s definitely not velvet though more suedey. If I’d paid closer attention to dimensions I would’ve seen that this is a very low to the ground, low back, low arm, shallow seated couch. It’s quite firm which I don’t mind at the moment but imagine it would be annoying if it doesn’t soften. My husband is 6’7 so this couch isn’t good for someone so tall. I’m 5’1 and my feet still hang off the chaise. I worry the back cushions will go limp after a bit of use. I had a couch with similar cushions that for very lopsided after a bit. Overall it’s a really cute couch but feels more for show than utility. I wouldn’t sleep on this and it’s not the best for snuggling up for a movie. But it’s cute so there’s that. I also spray painted the legs gold which looks better than the silver they are originally.

This couch looks pretty good, but it is not very comfortable. It also has a strong odor that hasn’t gone away yet. I don’t think it’s worth the price. I would return it if I could, but would be too inconvenient.

I received a great service from the third party seller (Knowlife), since receiving this product it was easy to assemble, comfortable in use, sturdy and beautiful to dress up. I definitely think my money was well spent. I am absolutely happy with my choice, every guest at my home has compliment me on this sectional and that was my intent. The cushions start out extremely sturdy which I think is perfect for longevity as after use it will become softer over time. Apart from that it is so comfortable because I fell asleep in this couch more than once during the day already.
