This chair has standard packaging. No damage upon arrival. The assembly is also standard with easy to follow instructions. 20-30 min. After sitting in the chair for 2 weeks, I can say that it is comfortable and has a nice range of motion. Up, Down, forward and back tilt as per regular office chairs. The lumbar support twist knob is a nice feature if you care about those things. The folding arms have a good range of motion and feel sturdy with good padding. I like the material on this chair. I did add in a couple of extra cushions, one on the seat and one up top at my shoulder blades. I lean forward a lot with my elbows on my desk so the extra cushion up top helps me. Someone else may not need any extras. Easy to assemble and packaged well. The casters glide across my tile floor without marks and even quieter than my old chair. I like it. Reclining is fine but not my cup of tea while working. It's ok wheels are bad swap them out right a way, not to comfortable but it's doable ( it's a 6hr or 7hr chair only no more then that) , the lean back is really stiff even loosening the knob under the seat, I guess with in time it well loosen up.
