I was an early adopter of the Bevel trimmer. They were always on the expensive side, but I liked the ergonomic design and loved that it was wireless. The one thing on my wish list was that I wished it got a close shave. Then I heard about this newer model... This sucker cuts CLOSE and I don't have to take it apart to zero gap it (e.g. aligning the blades to give me a closer shave.) Yes it's expensive, but I'm pleased with the quality of the shave. I still like a traditional shave when I want to pamper my face, but using the Bevel saves me time and does a good job. Highly recommend ... show more

I’ve been wanting these for a few years now and recently caught them on sale. I see a variety of reviews up&down so this is coming from a non barber I want to mention. These are the best clippers I have ever owned. Haven’t had any issue with “tugging” or “pulling” of any hair like some of the negative reviews say, especially when this powerful device is ON but when I for some reason that has nothing to do with the hair cutting process put the blade to my facial hair with it OFF (I guess to size up the area to cutting) the blades would continuously get caught in my hairs (you don’t use it OFF obviously.. right?) so no big deal at all. The process to exchange blades (clipper to trimmer) is the the ONLY negative so far. Buy these they’re some clean perfect modern clippers! ... show more

These are nice clippers but not $300 nice $150 at best, I got mine for $250 from Amazon lighting deal. Not the strongest cordless clipper, coarse hair makes mines blog and snatch hair. The torque is just is not there. Seem like they need to remain corded to maintain consistent power. Blades are not level out of the box, do a test on your skin before using on someone else. At zero they will nic you quick, if the blades are not level. If you lose or break a lower guard, good luck getting a replacement and nothing else fits. These are heavy for a cordless, close if not heavier than a cord clipper. Build quality is good. The electronic blade adjustment is nice, but I do caution myself to wonder if the electronic blade adjustment stop working…what next. I do not see myself getting another bevel clipper set after this..too much of an operational risk. And just not enough power for me compared to other premium clippers and too heavy. Quality does not mean something has to be heavy. I do not recommend these as a main clipper set. But I do recommend supporting black owned businesses growth and I will not be returning these regardless. ... show more

I have wanted these for years. I finally made the transition. I love the functionality, the guests are easy to remove, I like the lock aspect. I enjoy the digital blade adjustment. Takes some playing with in seeing how it cuts, cut my damn goatee down lower than I would have like but it’s part of the game. I cut my homeboy hair the other day; a fade, and I was quite impressed. I love em and I enjoy the cordless aspect. I can’t speak towards battery life yet but they have been worth the money thus far. They may not work for everyone or their hair or how they cut hair but I have no issues with them at all. *****ADDED******* I have cut with them a few times and one thing is I’m noticing they heat up a bit fast than my cordless clippers. Even someone whose hair so was cutting pointed it out. They didn’t overheat or burn but you noticed the warmth a lot sooner than usual. ... show more

I purchased this item open box. It stated it was in good condition. Everything was in the box, and appeared to be in good condition. I charged for a day, and when I went to use it the motor would not operate. The adjustment buttons would work only if plugged in. It had a decent weight and feel to it, although was too expensive not to work as advertised. Returned immediately and will try a brand new one and see if it works. ... show more
