Bought this kit that’s supposed to come with two batteries and all this stuff and literally it was just a motor. I had absolutely no way of using it without the batteries that are supposed to come with it. There was nothing in the box except a the motor part a charger block.

I'd like to start off talking about price, because this is considerably more expensive than many machines. Here's the bottom line: This tattoo pen RUNS BETTER than machines selling for FOUR TIMES THE PRICE!!! The one word that describes this tattoo pen is "superb". It's simply superb. Not just the fit & finish of the pen, nor the incredibly impressive machine work. It really comes down to how the machine runs. And it runs... flawlessly. It's like a perfect diamond. A rare, rare gem. This tattoo pen has a working range from 5.0-12.0, and it runs perfectly, and smooth as silk at EVERY speed! It's so smooth that you don't feel any vibration. None. Even at twelve, the machine running is barely perceptible, and there is virtually no sound coming from it. Incredibly quiet. Super smooth. A joy to work with. The center band (anodize red, lovely, in this particular machine) is the adjustment of the stroke length. The ring is calibrated, and you can see the actual length you've dialed in, having used the incredibly precise click stops. The grip area is nice and fat, and you can use it as it (actually wider than the body!), or make it even fatter with some grip tape (included) and paper towels. Very nice, anti-fatigue grip. Great design. Atop the pen is an integral battery, which screws off easily. There are two included, so no fears of running out of juice in the midst of doing a piece. The battery pack is a 3 button operation ("on/off", "+" and "-"). Super simple, straightforward operation. This tattoo pen has, bar none, the FINEST digital LED readout of any pen, anywhere. It's simply stunning. It's super bright and reads easily, and shows the working speed, time used, and battery charge. There's even a quick reference battery capacity circle in different colors, which diminish as you use the machine. Charging is via a USB-C cable, which is included. The second battery pack is exactly the same as the first. Also included in this kit (as if they needed more) is: a single wide roll of black grip tape, a single bottle (larger) of black ink, a single pair of black latex exam gloves, and a bag of ink caps. There are twenty outstanding tattoo needle cartridges, of which 10 are liners, 10 shaders. Excellent. A single sheet of tattoo practice skin (meh) is included, as well, and a small instruction manual. Everything packs beautifully into an outstanding carry case, with zippered closure and handle. This is an absolutely premium tattoo machine, and I defy you to find anything that looks and runs as well at any price close to this. In the end it's nothing less than an amazing deal. I am completely blown away by this machine. It's a rare find.

This is a really nice kit over all. The only problem I have with it is that one of the batteries doesnt fit well. Its very hard to put in and seems that its just a little out of spec. This is the second one of these machines I have ordered and I find that neither of the batteries from this set will fit the other machine I have which is really disappointing. I would think that since they are the same machines they would have the same tolerances but I guess not. Besides that the kit is great.
