Pretty easy set up. Make sure ground is level. I put the pad underneath. Good size. My 7 yr old grandaughter can swim in it. Only draw back, filters not strong enough.

We were so excited to surprise the grandkids with this pool — it was easy to set up, filled quickly, and for about six days, it delivered on all the summertime fun we hoped for. Unfortunately, that’s where the good news ends. On day six, the pool split at the seams without warning, sending hundreds of gallons of water rushing out and leaving us with one soggy backyard and a bunch of heartbroken kids. The structural failure wasn't due to misuse — we followed every instruction to the letter. No sharp objects, no roughhousing, just plain old water and supervised splashing. For a product that advertises itself as "durable" and "family-friendly," this was a huge letdown. If the seams can’t hold longer than a week, it’s not a pool — it’s a temporary puddle. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone expecting more than a weekend of use. Save your money and avoid the disappointed faces when the “summer fun” ends before the second Saturday. Bestway, you’ve got some explaining (and seam reinforcing) to do. ... show more

The pool itself is great! It is super easy to put up, sturdy, and looks great! The problem lies with the pump. You think you're getting this great deal with the bundle. However, the pump that is being sold with this pool is seriously inadequate to pump and filter the amount of water a pool of this size holds. You wouldn't think so because the pool really isn't all that big. Well, neither is the pump. At this point, no matter the amount of chemicals I use, or filters I replace I cannot get clear water in my pool due to the minerals in my water and struggles from the little engine that can't of a pump. I'll keep the pool because it's already up and full. But it's still disappointing. ... show more

Super easy assembly. Lightweight steel and vinyl, but it was under 200 bucks, so not painful. My GF and I are old so we’ll just be floating around and drinking cocktails after a long day of work, I think it’ll last a few years. The only thing that might make waves is the upcoming pool sex, the pool will survive that. I don’t think it’ll last long with 5 13 year olds having water fights. You get what you pay for. I could have paid a lot less, but the plain grey was boring. I paid extra for the tropical blue leaves. It needs to look nice as well a hold a bunch of water and a couple drunk old people. ... show more

This pool is good for younger kids because it's not that deep. Good enough to get wet in for adults. Easy to set up.

Set it up perfectly. Pool pad underneath, and it’s leaking on day one before it’s even filled up. It’s leaking from the seam so it’s not fixable. This is the second Bestway pool I have purchased in just 2 months due to leaks. I would not recommend. Would give 0 stars if I could.
