The media could not be loaded. I don’t know how this pool is only getting 4 stars?! I paid just under $400 for this beaut and I already got my money’s worth in the first 3 days of owning it. Needless to say it gets the job done when wanting to take a dip after tanning in dry and hot Colorado sun! Time will only tell if it holds up through the summer and my drunk friends attempting Olympic dives into it (see video..but do not try at home!) lol. That being said, I should add that his dive into the pool displayed just how durable and sturdy the pool is! I’ll be happy to rebuild it again next summer, but if we can’t, I’d still be satisfied as it was worth every penny spent so far. Set up was super easy. My boyfriend and I put it together in just under 30mins. We tested the PH of the hose water and only needed to use a little shock to hit the right levels. The flamingo floating in the photo is our chlorine dispenser (also purchased on Amazon) for regular maintenance. We also added yogo/gym mats from Lowe’s underneath and threw a tarp over them for added comfort. They feel great on the feet since we put the pool on a stone patio. We also purchased a 12 x 30 solar pool cover (not pictured but also purchased on Amazon) to keep the bugs, leaves and debris out, and also to help heat it up quicker in the sun. Other than those extra steps it has been our luxurious, makeshift, little Redneck Resort and we have zero complaints! I haven’t got out of it lol. ... show more

Arrived faster than expected! Super easy to setup. Took less than 30 minutes. It’s small enough that it filled up pretty fast. Still in the process of decorating around it. I did research prior to purchasing and bought an Intex 2500 GPH Pool Pump which does make a huge difference. Make sure to research. If you do upgrade your pump, you will need adapters. Invested in some pool chemicals. Water is always crystal clear. Pool is big enough for me to float around in all day, which is what I wanted. If you are looking for something small to cool off in the heat, this is a perfect starter pool! ... show more

Well, when I received the package the box was damaged. However, when opening the package I made sure that there was missing or damaged parts which there was none. The set up of the pool was easy but had to base of picture of the pool on the box cause the ones that came with it was very hard to read. Only took my partner and I 1hr to set up. Now the pump, well it’s working fine on my pool which is 12x30. But it was a pain to set up. The seals were hard to get in the right place. Which if they aren’t on right when putting the pipes on then it will leak and then fixing that was a mess but in the end got figured out. The directions again were very confusing. Had to look up many YouTube videos. Rating a 4 based on how difficult it is to understand the directions with it. However I look forward to relaxing and enjoying the pool! ... show more

The pool is beautiful itself, i absolutely love the 3D design to it. It looks like real stone from a distance. Yes, the pump sucks, it’s not large enough to keep up with the pool, I reached out to customer service because it kept kicking off, they sent a new one free of charge. However, I did decide to go purchase a new pump separately. When it was finally time to put the pool up I noticed a small leak from the seem, I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement liner free of charge. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’m very happy with this pool. Takes a few hours to set up if setting it up by yourself. It took me 5 hours. Very sturdy. After I set it up, I decided to wait and fill it the next day. Well, a huge dust storm accompanied by rain hit through the night. The pool was flipped over and had moved several feet. The frame was still intact and had no damage. After I reset the pool, I filled it, and hoped there weren’t any holes, as I didn’t see any major damage to the liner. After filled I saw there wasn’t any leaking! I was amazed. Nice pool for the price, but it comes with an absolutely terrible pump. Get ready to spend at least 100 dollars on a new pump to keep up with the pool size. Also, on every section of the hoses that connects to the pool with the "o" rings leaked. Terrible engineering. I actually had to force the hose further down the connection so that the o ring went past the spot it calls for, which kept the seal. I'm going to purchase a 1k gph pump to replace it to actually keep the pool clean. It's definitely a slap in the face that it even comes with this garbage pump. I honestly didn't realize the gph rate was so terrible when I purchased it. Its so weak that you cannot even feel water flowing back into the pool over the holes. ... show more

EDIT/ADDITION: I set up a return for this item, drained the prior liner, set up the new liner, and have the exact same issue with it. There is a very tiny leak in the center seam that leaks a tiny amount of water over time which is the same issue I had with the first item. I still have to be bothered sending this back. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. IT'S JUNK. THE LINER IS ABSOLUTE TRASH AND IS TWO SEWN TOGETHER PIECES OF VINYL AND IS NOT A SINGLE SHEET OF VINYL. GARBAGE PRODUCT. The product is easy to assemble but unfortunately I'm going to have to disassemble the entire pool and send it back to get a new one and hope the new liner isn't damaged. It's not a massive hole but I could see a miner leak on the concrete slab I have it on proving that there is a small leak in the liner. I don't have the original box anymore so it's very inconvenient for me to have to disassemble it, get a new box, and repackage it and send it back in the hopes that the new liner isn't damaged after I assemble the next one. They weren't willing to send me a new liner so I have to send this back in a box and then get a new one. Very inconvenient. Sometimes paying a higher price is worth it for the quality. Wouldn't have purchased this if I knew I'd have to do all of this. ... show more
