Easy to set up, depth is perfect for our labs to swim around in!! We did upgrade the pump but this brand pool set usually holds up for a few years with daily use by our dogs and minimal maintenance. I keep one on my saved list here because our dogs stay really happy with this little pool!!

This pool has been a great purchase, our little one never wanted water in her face & wouldn't go under water at all. It is deep enough she is teaching herself to swim. ( Because she won't let us help her) And she feels comfortable enough that she's practicing to float on her back. One week with three different grandkids. If it makes it two more weeks, it was worth every penny. For the cost of one day at a water park, they've already had 7 days of fun. Easy set up. My husband and I had it up and filling within an hour. I bought a skimmer, floating chlorinator and cover separately. I bought this for my dogs. They love it. They are not too tall, so it's deep enough that they can paddle around. The material is good quality. Easy to set up. I'm building a doggie deck and ramp so they can get out without jumping on the sides. I also use it to float.

Pump went out two weeks of having it. Called customer service. They said I had a to fill out a warranty claim online. Filled out the form online on June 11th. They said it would take 3-5 business days for a reply. No response from Bestway-Coleman company yet. 10/10 do not recommend this pool. We also received a bent pole within the package. ... show more

I have tried to reach Bestway, due to filter not working. You cannot reach these people! They ask to reach out to them before leaving a review. We'll I tried. The filter doesn't work!
