The pump unit threw an error code after only 2 days of use. I contacted bestway and did trouble shooting with customer service. They said to initiate a warranty claim. Which was crazy because it was only 2 days since I had the product. They asked me to upload photos of my receipt which I did and they kept sending me an email over and over asking for a clear picture which I did 4 times. This is very poor product with very poor customer service . I will absolutely not purchase anything from this company again. I am still waiting for my refund which has not been issued.

Love the tub! Super fast shipping. It was easy to unbox and setup. My kids and I put it together no problems. The app interface is very convenient. The water heating was quick especially considering Colorado night temperatures. All four of us fit in comfortably. We have multiple Bestway products (pool, mattress and stand-up boards) and love them all, including this spa.

So i got my bestway spa the box was all ripped up. Contacted bestway they t9ld me they would replace just send back they will refund and i can buy again. I got this for a easter party on sunday no way would i have i n time so i ask for an extend warranty they said no i can buy one even there texts sound nasty. Ask for a little compensation nope nothing just a bad feeling. Putting it up tomorrow see if its all there. Lesson learend make sure they have a phone number and can talk to someone. If it wasnt for a east Er gift would have sent back
