  • Nice if you get it for the right price
The only con on this device is the MSRP as the big box guys have this frequently for half. As such value for the money it's great if you can get it at a good price. That said, ease of setup is tedious but easy. Blow it up using the control unit and it takes literally a minute. Then inflate the cover, but place the inflatable in the cover. Thereafter, it is about filling the water. It is roughly 120 gallons so with a garden hose it takes about 30 minutes Then you have the initial heat up. It will take about 1 hour per degree so it can take 30 hours depending on the initial ambient temperature. After this, functionality is pretty good. There is a timer, but really it is only a start up timer and it is only one time . This will keep the temperature of the water through insulation then heats it up from there. Size is really for a snuggling 2 adults so I don't know how it fits 2 to 4 people. But for the size, it works great. Frankly, the size makes it more energy efficient because it heats up a smaller amount of water. Lastly, the bubbles are not water jets and is air bubbles only. But lean back and you will get a decent message I like it overall and would recommend it for a price in the $300 range. ... show more

  • Relaxing with some trade-offs.
I picked up this hot tub mainly as a simple way to relax outside without committing to a permanent setup, and overall it’s been a solid experience with a few trade-offs. Setup was easier than I expected, but not exactly quick. Inflating the tub with the included pump takes just a couple minutes, so that part is painless. Filling it is where the time starts adding up—figure a good half hour or more with a garden hose. The real patience test is the initial heat-up. If you’re starting with cold water, plan on it taking a full day or longer to reach max temp. After that, though, it holds heat reasonably well, especially with the insulated cover on. Size-wise, I’d call this a comfortable 2-person tub. You can squeeze in more, but it quickly turns into a tight fit. For my use, that smaller size is actually a plus—it heats faster and uses less electricity than larger units. The build feels sturdier than I expected for an inflatable. The walls are firm once inflated, and the material seems tough enough as long as you’re not careless with sharp objects or rough surfaces. As for appearance, it does look more function-before-form and it certainly will not add to the vibe of a room. The bubble system is air-based, not true water jets, so don’t expect deep tissue massage. That said, it still feels good—more like a relaxing soak with a gentle bubbling effect. It’s perfect for unwinding, just not something that’s going to work out sore muscles in a serious way. One thing I appreciated is the all-in-one pump unit. It handles inflation, heating, and filtration, which keeps things simple. Controls are straightforward, and once you get familiar with them, it’s easy to manage. The timer feature is useful, though it’s not super flexible if you’re trying to dial in a repeating schedule. A couple practical notes: It draws a decent amount of power, so plug it directly into a proper outlet—no extension cords. It does cool down faster when the bubbles are running, especially in cooler weather. Like any vinyl setup, placement matters. A clean, smooth surface with some padding is a must. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars. It’s not a luxury spa, but it delivers exactly what it promises—a convenient, portable way to enjoy a hot soak at home. If you go in with realistic expectations and can get it at a reasonable price, it’s definitely worth it. ... show more

  • Great Starter Hot Tub for Occasional Use — Just Don’t Expect It to Fit 4 Adults comfortably
The media could not be loaded. This is a great little hot tub for anyone who isn’t ready to commit to a permanent, expensive setup—or for someone like me who enjoys a good soak in colder months but doesn’t want something taking up space year-round (especially with a pool in the summer). Once we got it set up, it’s been a really enjoyable addition. The heat system works surprisingly well—it reached 104°F in about 12 hours even in ~40° weather, which honestly impressed me. It also does a decent job maintaining warmth, even when turned off for a day or two (it stayed around 85°F+). Full disclosure, I do have it setup under an "enclosed" gazebo which likely helps with maintaining the temps. That said, there are a few things to know: No manual included, and customer service didn’t respond when I reached out. We had to rely on Google and YouTube for setup. Not ideal. The “Power Saving Timer” is confusing (especially without instructions). It’s not very convenient if you’re someone who decides to use the tub last-minute. You’ll need to plan ahead or risk it not being ready. This is marketed as a 2–4 person tub, but realistically it’s a comfortable 2-person max. Four adults would technically fit… but it would not be a relaxing experience. The bubble jets are powerful—but there’s only one intensity level. No low/medium options, just full blast. Since it’s inflatable, air pressure fluctuates with temperature. It may feel like it’s losing air in colder weather, but that’s normal—no need to keep reinflating unless temps stay consistently low. On the plus side, setup itself was quick (under an hour once we figured it out), and overall performance is solid for the price point. Despite the quirks, this is a great entry-level or seasonal hot tub. It delivers where it counts—heat and relaxation—but loses points for the lack of instructions and a few usability issues. If you’re okay doing a little troubleshooting upfront, it’s definitely worth considering. ... show more
