After much research, this spa seemed to fit our need and space and style. Super durable ( can sit on the side edge) ,& inside its comfortable even tho technically you are sitting on the floor or the ground, as it’s padded! the water depth is great, water can reach all the way up to my chin when positioned sitting on spa floor! I was unsure if my shoulders would be in water at my height being tall , but , no problem . Easy set up and fill , we have been using & will be using this spa quite often. Wi-Fi control features also great to adjust temperature from miles away too! Love that I didn’t need to invest thousands of dollars to enjoy spa benefits .

The media could not be loaded. I love this spa. It is comfortable 4 to 6 people. You can sit on the sides with no issues. Temperature at 104 is hot. After 30 minutes if it’s cool outside it will drop to 100 but that’s wonderful to me. So far after several months and grandkids playing in it. It is well worth the money. App on my phone was a big plus plus I didn’t even know I needed.

The media could not be loaded. This thing is awesome, filled it up with hose water during a cold ny winter. Had to thaw the hose out first cuz it was frozen! The hot tub was easy to assemble and went from 45 degrees to 104 degrees in 36 hours! This is great considering the ambient temps were between 27 and 35 degrees Fahrenheit. I just tried it out and its so relaxing, I used chlorine but think I am going to use bromine instead so its gentler on my skin. Overall its great, sturdy and well made, very happy. Worth it

The media could not be loaded. I would give it 4.9 starts due to the lack of quick air attachment. My previous best way had it and I had to order a small pump to add air So I don’t have to disconnect the. Whole thing. It has survived nights into teens without a problems. I did wrap pipes and it has the thermal blanket PLUS I put an added cover of silver bubble type insulation like you would wrap a water heater with. I am waiting for temps to be consisting above 39 before I heat it above 85.
