Best $500 purchase I ever made. Hands down. Will give you years of enjoyment. There are a few issues like it takes a while to heat up when you’re putting in cold water so maybe you could try to tap into the hot water in your house when filling. Also, there is a bright light that stays on all the time that’s a little annoying. But those are very small complaints compared to the positive which is once you get into this thing and put the bubbles on, you forget everything bad in the world. For full disclosure, I have purchased a number of these from a number of different companies and this one is by far the best. I do suggest you look at the colors carefully because it’s a very large item and you wanna make sure that you buy something that matches your environment. Other than that, you can’t go wrong with this spa.

After much research, this spa seemed to fit our need and space and style. Super durable ( can sit on the side edge) ,& inside its comfortable even tho technically you are sitting on the floor or the ground, as it’s padded! the water depth is great, water can reach all the way up to my chin when positioned sitting on spa floor! I was unsure if my shoulders would be in water at my height being tall , but , no problem . Easy set up and fill , we have been using & will be using this spa quite often. Wi-Fi control features also great to adjust temperature from miles away too! Love that I didn’t need to invest thousands of dollars to enjoy spa benefits .

Well i've had it set up for 5 days. And the pump's not working already. And there's no phone number to contact anybody except live help I am not a text. Er. They? Want a credit card to help me and agai. Can't even warranty it because it won't accept not happy at all. If I can't get help, I'm sending it back.

The media could not be loaded. I would give it 4.9 starts due to the lack of quick air attachment. My previous best way had it and I had to order a small pump to add air So I don’t have to disconnect the. Whole thing. It has survived nights into teens without a problems. I did wrap pipes and it has the thermal blanket PLUS I put an added cover of silver bubble type insulation like you would wrap a water heater with. I am waiting for temps to be consisting above 39 before I heat it above 85.

I love this hot tub! It's been amazing water therapy for me! I use it in the winter inside and spring and Fall we take it outside. Easy to take up and down. Holds heat great inside and outside. Great product for the money!

Great spa, comes with Wi-Fi and an app that you can manage the controls from anywhere. Took less than two hours to assemble and got up to operating temperature in about 24 hours. Running great so far and no issues. Also comes with a winter cover that would cost extra if sold separately.

The media could not be loaded. I was highly skeptical when my husband told me he was purchasing this spa. Set up was very easy, blow it up, fill it with water, and plug it in. It heated up within 18 hours and we have used it every day so far. We love it! Highly recommend if you are considering a spa but don’t want to spend thousands of dollars!
