Best $500 purchase I ever made. Hands down. Will give you years of enjoyment. There are a few issues like it takes a while to heat up when you’re putting in cold water so maybe you could try to tap into the hot water in your house when filling. Also, there is a bright light that stays on all the time that’s a little annoying. But those are very small complaints compared to the positive which is once you get into this thing and put the bubbles on, you forget everything bad in the world. For full disclosure, I have purchased a number of these from a number of different companies and this one is by far the best. I do suggest you look at the colors carefully because it’s a very large item and you wanna make sure that you buy something that matches your environment. Other than that, you can’t go wrong with this spa.

This is the second tub I have purchased and although they are awesome, really great for a few months - after warranty runs out, like magic - they begin to leak air and start to deflate. It’s not possible to replace the inflatable part alone as they are always out of stock, and so the only solution is to buy a whole new tub. After it happened twice I lost faith. Video shows the sharpie marks on all the seam areas that are leaking.

We love this hot tub. We use it and purchase for our large airbnbs. It is easy to assemble. We often use the converter to make it salt water. It goes up to temperature quickly and our guests really love this jacuzzi. They are resilient, our first one we bought 1 year and a half ago and I thought for sure we would have to do a patch or two by now as it is heavily used by guests. We have had no maintenance issues at all. We bought a different one to try out and had problems. We are sticking with this one as it is our true working horse. The WIFI connection is impossible that is the only downside I feel at this time. That is the least of our concerns at this time and everything else is top notch.

This is a great hot tub! It heats to 104 (which is hot!) and the air bubbles are very relaxing. They do speed up heat loss depending on the air temp though, so if it's really chilly or if I want it to stay hot longer (like if other people are going to use it after) then I keep the bubbles off. Something to consider- while this hot tub is super affordable compared to a "real" hot tub, there are still operating costs invovled in owning a hot tub. I use bromine with a mineral stick, and I bought a liquid test kit (highly recommend) because it was hard to balance the chemicals with just the test strips. These are not cheap! It also costs more to heat it when it gets cold outside- I used this in the spring and fall, just took it down for the winter because it's getting cold and it would have to run all the time to keep it warm. I took away one star because the timer functionality is not ideal- you can set it to start in x hours and run for x hours, but it doesn't repeat- so then when it turns off, you need to reset the timer. I would like it to be able to run for a couple hours and then take a few hours off and repeat, but alas. It does have an app so you can set it on your phone, so that makes it more convenient. And it takes awhile to heat up, but once it's at temp it holds well. It takes a little while to get in the rhythm of when to run it and how to keep the chemicals balanced- there is a learning curve. That said, for me it's totally worth it- very much enjoyed my morning hot tub routine!!!

After much research, this spa seemed to fit our need and space and style. Super durable ( can sit on the side edge) ,& inside its comfortable even tho technically you are sitting on the floor or the ground, as it’s padded! the water depth is great, water can reach all the way up to my chin when positioned sitting on spa floor! I was unsure if my shoulders would be in water at my height being tall , but , no problem . Easy set up and fill , we have been using & will be using this spa quite often. Wi-Fi control features also great to adjust temperature from miles away too! Love that I didn’t need to invest thousands of dollars to enjoy spa benefits .

This is a great spa! We have had it a few weeks now and it is being used every day. It is fairly easy to set up. It does take awhile to get up to 104 degrees the first time, but it maintains the temperature well.

We had nothing but issues with this thing. Pump would constantly shut off for no reason and throw error codes at use. Returned it after a week…but the seller is refusing to give us the refund. It’s also a single pump…so it’s either heating the water slowly or blowing cold air bubbles. It doesn’t stay warm very long. We got maybe 10-15 minutes before it got to the low 90s.
