For the price this is a great buy. Well designed and made, an easy and great treat for a large family. The key things they can improve are their setup materials and videos. The instructions are sketchy, mostly pictures. QR code for setup video went to a different model than I purchased - seriously? Setup instructions were on the box - but that also pointed to yet another different model that had a separate control panel, so we were searching for a part that didn’t exist. The diagrams especially for inflating the cover could be larger and more precise. They really need to focus on their customer setup experience with their current imprecise materials. The WIFI/phone app controls are great, let you see what’s happening with the tub from afar.

10/10 I’ve had mine for a few months now, and I absolutely love it. I read a lot of reviews. And decided on this one, it’s very spacious. It does deflate a bit when it is off but temperature fluctuation causes it mostly. It inflates when the jets are on so that has been a non issue for us. I can control jets and bubbles from my phone. All in all I’m so happy with this!

Within weeks I kept getting an error code. No manuals, no FAQ's no customer support. Returned within the 30 return policy and they said they were charging me $350 "restocking fee" for their defective item. Just want you to know what you're dealing with. Beware!!

So far, so good. Am frustrated that heater will not increase past default 68 degrees, whether using app or control panel. Manual is no help, customer service is non-existent. Will keep trying, but if I cannot fix this, then this goes back to Amazon.
