The hot tub itself has been incredible. The setup was easy (despite the instructions just being pictures on the box with no words), it inflated and filled quickly and is surprisingly sturdy (I’m 180 lbs and can sit on the walls without them giving much at all). It took the typical time for any inflatable hot tub to heat up to temp (88 lag ambient to target temp of 102F in shade about 10.5hrs). Holds temp well especially with cover on. The cover is pretty good quality and construction for the product group as well. The air bubbles definitely don’t hit you like hydrojets but that’s because it runs off a standard 110/120v outlet and not a specialized 240v or 30amp plug that requires electrician install, so actually I’ve been impressed so far by the amount and strength of the air bubbles. It still gives you a somewhat of a light massage feeling and pairs really nicely with the heated water submersion. No complaints so far. Very good!

For the price this is a great buy. Well designed and made, an easy and great treat for a large family. The key things they can improve are their setup materials and videos. The instructions are sketchy, mostly pictures. QR code for setup video went to a different model than I purchased - seriously? Setup instructions were on the box - but that also pointed to yet another different model that had a separate control panel, so we were searching for a part that didn’t exist. The diagrams especially for inflating the cover could be larger and more precise. They really need to focus on their customer setup experience with their current imprecise materials. The WIFI/phone app controls are great, let you see what’s happening with the tub from afar.

I wanted to love this spa but after only 8 months the cover and sides are coated in a thick “mud” that seems to be dust that has been baked on. There was nothing that said this item could not be in the sun. I reached out to the seller for a remedy but they said it was out of warranty and they could only provide technical support. I would not recommend this purchase. These photos are after my husband scrubbed it down with two types of cleaners and a pressure washer.

I really love my jacuzzi it's very easy to use and very easy to set up. I only have it about a month now the only problem I have is they don't give an extended warranty. And when you pay good money for something you should be able to get an extended warranty.

10/10 I’ve had mine for a few months now, and I absolutely love it. I read a lot of reviews. And decided on this one, it’s very spacious. It does deflate a bit when it is off but temperature fluctuation causes it mostly. It inflates when the jets are on so that has been a non issue for us. I can control jets and bubbles from my phone. All in all I’m so happy with this!

Did not expect very much but far exceeds my expectations. Surprisingly strong air bubbles provide relief for my bad back and neck. Very easy to set up and heats up quickly. A great value and I hope to enjoy it for years to come

I’ve had this for about 9 months. Added water twice? Super durable and structurally sound. 4 people could fit easily, but I haven’t let anyone use it but me. You might want to add on a seat but it’s very comfortable without so I don’t use the one I bought. Great value.
