We love this spa!! We have a deck with the pool and this spa is the perfect addition. This is deep too so when sitting in it, the hot water and bubbles sooth the back, neck and shoulders. It does come with a thermal cover in addition to the buckled top but we are going to put it away for the winter since it probably won't get used much. There is nothing more enjoyable when the pool water is a bit chilly and you get out and melt into the spa. This is easy to care for, does not use alot of chemicals and easy on the electric bill. When it is hot outside, it heats up quickly. Why spend $15,000 when you can get this for such a reasonable price?

According to the tracking service, Spreetail, the package was shipped thats all. Amazon still states it was lost. However, the spa arrived in about a week. Outer box was fairly scuffed up... But the spa is packaged in harder cardboard inside the outer box. The spa was easily put together, reached 102 degrees in about 24 hours and has been working great for about a week now. Spa inflatable walls are very strong. You can actually sit on the wall with your feet in the tub. I dont recommend that of course. So far... very impressed and love it. Update: 3 months in still working great. Quickly learned all the spa chemicals are stupid. Add a lil pool shock or a couple oz bleach when need. Much easier. But spa is still Great!

I bought this model in October of '23 for the season of '24. Everything was great, no problems at all. We put it away down in the basement, climate controled. I set it up in first week of April, everything was fine for 4 days when I noticed it was leaking air. I aired it back up only to find it's still leaking air. I drained the water out, sprayed it down with soapy water only to find it has 2 small holes opposite of each other. My thoughts on that is a folding point when deflated. I patched them and still leaked. I took the old small patches off and applied bigger patches. That seemed to work until it started leaking again only to find out that the seams on the inside had 20 very small holes there. I honestly feel that the quality has gone down hill big time and being mass produced. The inflatable cover ended up leaking which really pissed me off!! Pool noodles and an inflatable pool ring is what I'm using at the moment. I guess it's a 50/50 flip if you get a good one or a bad one. Very disappointed in my purchase!!!!

Did not expect very much but far exceeds my expectations. Surprisingly strong air bubbles provide relief for my bad back and neck. Very easy to set up and heats up quickly. A great value and I hope to enjoy it for years to come

We’ve had other inflatable hot tubs and this one is so much nicer because everything is located inside the walls of the hot tub and not on the outside. Other than that it works like it’s supposed to and we really enjoy it. Note that none of these air insulated hot tubs are going to be any good in the winter time if you’re in a cold climate Unless you can afford the electric bill which will run about 4 to 6 times as much in the winter as it does in the summer. We have ours inside a large shop so it’s not a problem for us this year but previously has been with other hot tubs

Had this over a year almost. Take care of it. Dont let it freeze in cold weather. It will last . I clean it now and then with bleach. Holds up so far. Power bill goes up a hair but keeping on seems tk be the best way with the e energy efficient cover

We've had our spa since July and love it! This will be our 1st winter with it in New England. Love that is comes with the thermal cover. Definitely helps it keep the set temperature and *so far* our electric bill hasn't gone up too much. We installed it on 2" foam insulation board from Home Depot and put a mat on top of it, then placed the tub.
