Enjoyable backyard retreat for those on a budget or without space for a full-sized hot tub. I am well into my second year and am still enjoying the SaluSpa Hawaii Air jet. It keeps inflated, without need for refills. It was also easy to take down in the fall and put up in the spring. It comes with two covers. The first is more of a security cover, with an inflatable core and child-proof clips to hold it in place. The second is an insulated cover, which helps to attain and then retain your desired temperature. I also appreciate the water outlet, which holds chlorine or bromine tablets, making maintenance easy. I purchased cup holders that clip over the side, providing a stable place to put your beverage, plus cell phone, glasses, etc. The final addition were two 'booster' cushions for shorter folks to sit more comfortably. A few notes to reiterate what other people have said: 1) it's not a massaging spa. The air outlets are around the bottom perimeter and are fun for a while, but not for long use. Also, the jets inject ambient air temperature bubbles into the water, which tends to cool the water. 2) it takes some time to get hot. I usually keep mine around 90 degrees Fahrenheit and turn the temp up either the night before, or morning before I want it to get up to 100 or so. Figure about a degree per hour, maybe a bit more. Overall, I recommend this product.

Great quality product (very durable) for a great price. Easy set up. I would recommend this to someone. Note: you cannot fit 6 people in this spa, 4 would be crowded. It does get warm, but not hot.

I bought this model in October of '23 for the season of '24. Everything was great, no problems at all. We put it away down in the basement, climate controled. I set it up in first week of April, everything was fine for 4 days when I noticed it was leaking air. I aired it back up only to find it's still leaking air. I drained the water out, sprayed it down with soapy water only to find it has 2 small holes opposite of each other. My thoughts on that is a folding point when deflated. I patched them and still leaked. I took the old small patches off and applied bigger patches. That seemed to work until it started leaking again only to find out that the seams on the inside had 20 very small holes there. I honestly feel that the quality has gone down hill big time and being mass produced. The inflatable cover ended up leaking which really pissed me off!! Pool noodles and an inflatable pool ring is what I'm using at the moment. I guess it's a 50/50 flip if you get a good one or a bad one. Very disappointed in my purchase!!!!

According to the tracking service, Spreetail, the package was shipped thats all. Amazon still states it was lost. However, the spa arrived in about a week. Outer box was fairly scuffed up... But the spa is packaged in harder cardboard inside the outer box. The spa was easily put together, reached 102 degrees in about 24 hours and has been working great for about a week now. Spa inflatable walls are very strong. You can actually sit on the wall with your feet in the tub. I dont recommend that of course. So far... very impressed and love it. Update: 3 months in still working great. Quickly learned all the spa chemicals are stupid. Add a lil pool shock or a couple oz bleach when need. Much easier. But spa is still Great!

Excellent replacement to my old Saluspa round tub which had a large tear after 3 years of use. My only issue is the frequent E2 error codes I received which I never once had with my old tub. Swapped the filter housing with my old one and the error codes went away. Definitely more quiet than the the old one and appears more sturdy.

We love this spa!! We have a deck with the pool and this spa is the perfect addition. This is deep too so when sitting in it, the hot water and bubbles sooth the back, neck and shoulders. It does come with a thermal cover in addition to the buckled top but we are going to put it away for the winter since it probably won't get used much. There is nothing more enjoyable when the pool water is a bit chilly and you get out and melt into the spa. This is easy to care for, does not use alot of chemicals and easy on the electric bill. When it is hot outside, it heats up quickly. Why spend $15,000 when you can get this for such a reasonable price?

This is our second Best way tub. Our first one was round and this time we decided to go square. Absolutely love it!!! Plenty of room for two with room to spare. It’s deeper than the last one we had and the material it’s made of is very strong. So far so good!!

Update 4: the replacement pump has made it through the summer. It remains to be seen how long it lasts. Update 3: we have fully navigated the process through Bestway. Although they have limited hours and availability and their website is super obnoxious, we have received a replacement pump. Time will tell if the replacement pump is actually built to last. The whole experience has been quite disappointing because we got four seasons out of our original hot tub. Update 2: The seller responded quickly but gave me incorrect information. When I responded to them they pointed out that I could just file a claim on the manufacturer's website. I had already figured that part out myself. But when I notified them that the phone number they provided me was incorrect they just gave the same number to me when they emailed to tell me to go to the website. Lesson learned: don't expect them to actually read the content of your email. Update: after less than a month of use the pump started throwing an error code. I have reached out to the company but today is literally the last day to return the hot tub. I'll let you know what happens next. We originally purchased the Coleman Saluspa in 2020 and had great luck. However we only used it twice this season before the heater went out. Unable to fix the pump we purchased this unit instead of just buying a new pump. The main reasoning was that we wanted the updated tub because the rim was blue instead of white (we had white and over time it had stained) and we were curious if the extra cover helped with efficiency. Several key improvements: the new pump has cup holders, the drain is now plumbed so it should actually drain when the plug is opened. Our old one didn't drain on its own as the weight of the tub kept it sealed to the hot tub mat. Didn't even realize it when we ordered that it had WiFi and could be app controlled. This fixes one of the only issues we had: effectively controlling temperature.
