Doesn’t heat up at all. Paid to have an electrician come out and paid good money and the thing won’t work. Ended up having them replace the pump again. And they sent a used pump. It was dirty when we got it. And it doesn't work. I won't be looking to buy from this company again.

I bought and have been using a Bestway Saluspa for 6 years. It worked flawlessly, so when I moved, I bought another one, same model, just a different color. Unfortunately, this one has at least 2 holes which I patched, but is still leaking air. If I can ever get a return shipping label (printer on the fritz right now), I will return it, although getting it all into a box will be a whole another challenge!

Simple set up and maintenance. Heater works great in sub temperatures maintains 104* even in single digit temps. Jets are nice. Only downside jet blower is very loud.

I was dubious after reading a number of not so impressive reviews, but ordered it anyway and I have to say after 2 months, ai am absolutely THRILLED with everything about this hot rub. NO ISSUES of any kind so far. I have a terribly bad back, and nothing else gives me relief like this hot tub. Seems to be quality construction, ease of use, and the jets/bubbles are amazingly strong.. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! I did buy the pad to place UNDER the unit, as well as all the water care stuff, and also seats. Of course, since it is on our back deck, I re-inforced that part of the deck before filling the hot tub. I am attaching a video. For reinforcing I used some treated 2 x 6's perpendicular to the deck joists and then braced it with 2 steel adjustable jack stands from my local hardware store. EASY, AND STURDY!
