This heater is USELESS! It does not affect the pool temperature to any significant degree. I regret the purchase, and will spend the $$ to get a real heater. 16 ft diameter pool, 6k gallons.

This heater is not for the US. This should not be on the US website for sale and the seller should not be selling it to the US. This will not work on regular US electricity. The fuse within the heater blew within 30 minutes and there is no way to fix it yourself.

This product requires 220v and came with European plug, no idea how it works.

I did not open the package when I got it was waiting a month for set up of the pool because it was in a sealed factory package just didn’t realize it was the UK version and the wattage is too high for a regular small pool so it’s worthless for me really bummed and it was past the 30 days so I can’t even get my money back

We bought this not knowing that it was for UK electric systems. Even though we bought an adapter for USA, our house doesn’t have enough power for this. Now we are out a significant amount of money because we’re a few days over the 30 day mark.

I was so disappointed that the electrical was not made for U.S. I really needed this to work. Maybe the company can work on that. I even had an electrician look at this.

I bought this heater last year, but unfortunately, it took several months to finally arrive. By the time it did, it was already the end of the season, and we had already taken down our Bestway pool. As a result, I didn't have the opportunity to unbox or use the heater until now. To my disappointment, I discovered that the plug on the heater is not compatible with standard outlets in the United States. I have attached a picture of the plug for reference. In order to use it here, I would need to purchase an adapter. However, during my brief internet search, I found information suggesting that using an adapter might pose a safety risk due to the different electrical standards. Unless I receive confirmation from someone at Bestway stating otherwise, I would strongly advise against purchasing this product. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a Bestway phone number to reach out to for clarification. While Bestway offers affordable pools that have met our price expectations and brought us enjoyment, I regret to say that this heater has been a complete disappointment.

Failed to heat pool. Wife found MULTIPLE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ONLINE. Some comments about drastically affecting electric bills. In the orocess of returning 😢. Granddaughter still waiting to be able to use pool, too cold.
