Originally gave this a 2-star rating due to receiving deformed parts. Lowering to a 1-star due to the horrible customer service and "warranty" process. I have never worked with a company that will not immediately replace items that were obviously delivered deformed. In the middle of building the pool which cannot be finished due to delivery of defective parts and instead of sending a replacement immediately for a pool that was purchase less than a month ago, you have to file a "warranty" claim like it was a failed part after using for a period of time. I can see that for a liner or something that failed after use, but to require a person to go through a "warranty" process to receive a $5 replacement part that was manufactured incorrectly is really a bad process. I had Intex pools in the past and will not buy or own another Bestway product.

The quality of pool very good but make sure the ground is perfectly level and have at least two other people min. It is a pain in my butt but after the walls are up it was clear sailing .

Everything is great! It wasn’t very easy to put together, but it was worth it once it was done. 😊 Side note: We found a helpful video on YouTube to give a visual of what to do plus the instructions it came with. It took us 2 days to get it completely together.

Filter pump is too small for the size of the pool after spending 2600 plus tax I need to go and buy a sand filter out of pocket another +$350-$450 the liner is too thin and it will rip apart you have to order a better one to avoid unnecessary spend and stress in the future. I would not recommend. I’m stuck with it don’t let this be you.

I absolutely love this pool! A total pain to put together though. The instructions are vague and say 4 hours with 2 people to setup. In defense the instructions are for multiple styles of pools. So for the 12 x 24ft oval pool it took 5 adults and 2 teenagers and took about 3 hours to put up. We did have some miscommunication with so many of us, which is probably why it took us this long. We had the area for the pool professionally leveled before hand which is a must! We’ve had it set up for about 2 weeks now and the temperature is around 87 without a heater, which is amazing! We did order a solar cover about a week after that has helped with the temperature. So advice, make sure your ground is level, plan a bbq with diy’ers, and make sure you have the upper and lower hoops/treds (where the outer wall goes into) set correctly. There’s long and short ones. The only thing I don’t really care for on this pool is the ladder. If you follow the instructions it’s pretty sturdy but I think because of the height of the pool it’s a bit sketchy at the top.
