This pool came with instructions that only had pictures that were too small to make out what things were. Nothing was numbered or marked so you didn't know what part was what. No dimensions or anything! The website is no help with construction of the pool & you have to put a call back number in to speak someone! The pieces that you use to stand the sides up were not marked and we put the pool almost all the way together and on the last 10ft it wouldn't go together because the parts were not marked and we used the wrong ones. The video is a joke on how to put it together, 2 people, ya right, more like 6 for us! Just praying to God we get more than 1 summer out of it since it took us 3 days to get it together! I do NOT recommend buying this pool ... show more

The pool seems sturdy and the installers did not have any issues putting together. The installers had the ground prepped and leveled and pool put up with water filling in it all within 5 hours. Good pool for price. However, this was a replacement because the original pool was damaged in transit.

    • Terrifying to screw through the liner....

I cannot believe we got this pool together with out it leaking. At least as far as we can tell. I paid $1,500 and thankfully got some reimbursement when it went on sale almost a month after I bought it. We have the 16'x52" round pool. It's beautiful now that we have it setup but it was a BEAR to put together. You really need 3 people at least to hold the very heavy metal roll. Make sure someone is always holding the roll or it will tip over and could bend or dent the metal walls, which happened to us but thankfully we were able to adjust and fix it. The MOST terrifying part was having to screw and cut through the liner to put the filter in. WHY OH WHY Bestway, don't you have a pre-cut, re-enforced hole for the water spout and the filter!?!? It's just ridiculous to expect someone to be able to put that in themselves and not make a mistake. The good Lord got us through it and we were able to get it attached successfully but I was shaking and almost having a panic attack while doing it because I could just imagine accidentally poking a hole in the $1,500 liner especially after the SIX HOURS that it took me and my husband to put this pool together. DEFINITELY watch the TWO videos that Amazon has posted with the pool. We watched them over and over again and that's all we needed to put the pool together. We never even looked at the paper instructions. Thankfully they did that right when they put those videos together. One is of a guy and a girl putting the pool together and the other is two women. The videos are very deceiving because I'm sure they paused the video and had others come in and help! ALSO! Make SURE that you have a finger hole between the two tubes that go together in each foot of the bottom of the pool. We pushed them together so they were almost touching and that made us SHORT when putting the metal in the track. We had to pull the tubes apart more so accommodate. So PLEASE make sure, like the video shows, that you have a fingers width between the two tubes that got in that foot base. It's critical to do that! WHY they didn't design it so that they could be pushed together and you didn't need that finger hole is beyond me! I also wish the top railing would have been plastic. I thought that's what it was until we started putting them together. The metal gets kind of hot to the touch on a warm sunny day. I think plastic would be better. Several design flaws with this pool but now that it is put together it's really beautiful and I pray it will last us a long time! They just really need to change those few things to make this the perfect little pool for a great price! ... show more

Took awhile to get it in because the freight company lost it the first go around. If everything is done correctly you should not have a problem with this pool. I had Brasseaux's Clean & Clear Pool Services take a look at it and he said couldn't believe how nice of a pool it was for how much we paid for it. He likes the fact that the tracks for wall are plastic instead a metal. When it was time to put up the pool I removed all of the grass and made sure to get the ground as level as possible before installing it. i think place bricks down to support the tracks of the pool. after that I placed about 1.5" of sand down on the floor of the pool. After doing that i place the cheap tarp they gave down and then came with a foam padding on top of that. I would recommend to have at least 3 people when putting up the actual wall of the pool. It took maybe 3 hours to complete the setup of the pool. The liner that came with the pool looks pretty decent and should hold up for a few years. As far as the pump, I went ahead and sold the pump it came with and bought a bigger one with a 1.5 HP and hard piped it to the pool instead of using the cheap hoses it came with. ... show more

Bueno lo primero. Bien difícil. Si no tienes los materiales para anivelar el terreno.. en mi caso yo la enterré 2 ft. Fue el trabajo más duro hacer el hueco.. por con ayuda de hombres de home depot.. al final después de casi 1 mes la arme.. el Manuel muy pobre.. solo mirando el video. La pude hacer.. pero se necesita de 2 personas. Yo solo pase muchas dificultades. Le puse concreto al suelo y a los vorde alrededores para más fortaleza.. luego la rellene con la tierra. Lo único malo el filtro que trae es muy pobre. Gracias qué ya tenia uno más grande cin una bomba más potente .pero se mura bien linda. Con las luces leed. Q le instale. Falta algo más de detalle.. luego subo el video ya terminado ... show more
