Why did you pick this product vs others?: This pool is super cool and much larger than what you would think. It definitely has the measurements on here, but I didn’t fathom inside my head. How big this thing actually was lol we couldn’t fill it up all the way because it’s a lot deeper than what my brain was even registering, even though I paid very close attention to the measurements. It is extremely easy to put together my friend and my 15-year-old were outside for about 30 minutes and Bam it was already done. It comes with a filter system however the instructions are extremely misleading and hard to understand. I just ended up finding some guys random YouTube video And he doesn’t even work for the company or anything, and it was the most informational video ever and within three minutes I understood 100% what to do and how to set it up. You can use sand or the chlorine balls definitely use the balls. I never heard of either or didn’t know how any of this stuff works so I went and bought the sand from Lowe’s and I regret it just buy the balls. It does come with a whole bunch of them and you can reuse them or even put them in the washer, but they’re so cheap. It’s not really that big of a deal but definitely do not get the sand. Just use the balls.

We replaced a pool we've had for the last 5+ years as it was starting to fray. This is the first Bestway product we purchased. I was very surprised that the set up and installation was far simpler than our last pool. I look forward to relaxing and swimming in the pool this summer. We bought it specfically because it would not have to be taken down in the winters as it is stated it would withstand cold weathers. So we are very glad for this feature. You'll notice we didn't use the ladder that came with the pool only because the former ladder did not last for the full years from the last pool.

We bought this pool for my daughter and she loves it. Not too hard to put together and has nice durability. We are adding a deck around it to make it year round.

I’m really happy with this backyard pool. It’s bigger than I expected and there’s plenty of space to actually swim, not just cool off. It was a great addition for relaxing at home, especially on hot days. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase.

The filter system is not large enough for the pool I have done everything to fix it with all the chemicals but since that didnt work and it says if all chemicals are right then its the filter. In less than two months we are already have to drain and start over. Ive water analyzed and did everything required. Return window is over. I think I should either be reimbursed for a new filter system or be able to return the pool postage paid.
