I agonized over an above ground pool was so few reviews. I am 65 and I installed this pool completely by myself, it took a lot of methodical work and I had already had a pool before so I didn’t have to do a lot of prep to the area. However, it’s the first pool I’ve ever put up by myself. First day I prepped the ground, and built the top rails. And laid out all of the legs and waited until the next day to stand everything up honestly, putting the legs up was the easiest part, and it was support I thought would be the most difficult there are a lot of wonderful videos and helpful information online so why not use it lol Day four was filling and I have a well so I only did it in two days. Didn’t want to take a chance on leaving it unattended in case I screwed something up. If you got this for good job and the pool is very strong I love the colors on the inside and outside and I highly recommend this pool

Really great solid quality pool. Easy to assemble. My friends and neighbors were impressed with the quality of the parts, the ease of the instructions and assembly. It was a whole family affair putting it together. My kids had a hand in building it and are really happy this summer and I am too. Would recommend. Kids birthday party weekend coming up soon with 10 3rd graders.

The pool is nice and came with filter, ladder, pool cover and patches. Pool is a little bigger than listing size so if you have it measured for a specific spot and can’t be flexible with fitting it, take that in mind. The delivery company was not good so if you order from here just know that the carrier they use will leave your pool in the street and drive away. I was thankfully home and have a hand truck and great neighbors who helped me. Other than that the item itself has been good so far.

1 year update: USE SAND AND NOT THE FILTER BALLS. By the end of last summer, I could not keep the pool clean. I live in the South so in September I drained the pool and scrubbed it before storing it covered. I put it back up in March and ordered filter sand. I have not had any algae whatsoever. I do use Clorox chlorine granules a couple of times a week or after we have a thunderstorm. I also use a Clorox chlorine tab in the floating dispenser. Every now and then I will shock it with some HTH I think it’s called. Ladder is still in perfect condition. Hoses do not leak even after taking the pool down and putting back up. No leaks in liner after being stored all winter. I’m really surprised at how well this has held up but it looks like it has several more summers in it. Purchased the 18x52. The pool is beautiful. It says 2-3 people to set up, but I set it up by myself as an almost 40 year old woman. It took me several hours but mostly due to the heat and taking frequent breaks to prevent overheating. The ladder is a little flimsy, but the rest of the pool is very high quality. I have not seen any leaks. It is the perfect size for my teen son and his friends. It’s not been up long so I don’t have much feedback on how the pump works. I did get the sand pump instead of the cartridge filter pump because my last Bestway pool even at 12x36 the pump would not filter the pool at all. My only complaint with this product is the shipping company. They are a curbside delivery service only. They dropped the pool at the intersection of the dirt road and the highway in the later afternoon in a box that clearly showed a picture of a swimming pool. Not at my actual curb. To prevent it from being stolen, I had to pull my truck down to the edge of the highway and cut the box open and unload it piece by piece into my truck because the box itself weighed almost 300lbs. So I would say if you’re like me and don’t live in a neighborhood where your curb is right next to your house, you might want to take that into consideration because they do not knock on your door or call you to let you know they’re here. I just walked out and there was a pallet with a swimming pool on it right in the edge of the ditch.

I waited a few months to write this. The pool is wonderful! I love the depth! The kids and I really enjoyed it all summer. I would say the balls are annoying to change so id suggest to get a 2nd set or look into sand or D.E. for the pump. Everything held up very well the first season. And yes, if you do it right, you can make a deep end. We did so the center is a foot deeper. This is one of the closest pools I have had to an in ground.

The pool liner is very poor quality. BUYER BEWARE! This item did not pass inspection and must have been sold on AMAZON you can see in the pics how bad the quality is. The seams over lap and you can see the white vinyl where there is no print. VERY CHEAP QUALITY!
