Good pool only problem. Is the pump its leaking. Other then that the pool easy to set up holds the water good just not happy about the pump but i love the pool

I just received my pool today. It was ordered on April 14th and I was supposed to receive it on the 22nd. The delivery was running late so the delivery date was pushed to April 25th. I received a message from the seller that my pool had been lost in transit and they asked if I wanted a replacement sent out or a refund. I wanted my pool so they shipped another one and I received the replacement in just 2 days! Very happy with my purchase so far. I will update my review after I have put up the pool in its entirety. However, I will say even before hooking up the pump, that I will probably be purchasing a more powerful pump to handle the size of this pool due to all the reviews I read saying the pump that comes with this pool is highly inadequate. This was the case with my last pool. It was smaller, but like this one and I assume every other one on the market, the pump they send with the pool is NEVER enough to handle the pool it came with. The pump with my last pool was so bad you couldn't feel ANY suction whatsoever where the water is pulled out and you couldn't feel the water coming back into the pool at all either. By the end of the summer and much money spent on chemicals, which only made it worse, the pool water was so cloudy it looked like skim milk, and then it turned green. The only thing to do then, is drain it. Don't want to go through that again, so new and bigger pump it is. ... show more

Upgrade the pump, seriously. The one that came with it is a joke. The rest of the pool was good, easy to set up and the perfect depth for 2 adults and a 3 year old.

    • The Filter Pump Doesn’t Work

There is absolutely little to no suction. I almost thought the filter pump was broken until I read a bunch of reviews on here about the filtration system being terrible. There’s debris and bugs floating right past it and it doesn’t even pull them in. If you put your hand near it, you cannot even feel anything. The pool is great so far, but the filtration system is absolutely horrible. They definitely need to step it up with the filtration system for this pool. Just a little note for people who have trouble with leakage around the hoses or with the filtration system, the little O-rings slip out of place when you are connecting the hoses and you have to push them back into place. That will keep it from leaking around the hoses. The O-rings want to roll away, when you are connecting it all together and you have to play with them a little bit to move them back into place ... show more

EDIT/ADDITION: I set up a return for this item, drained the prior liner, set up the new liner, and have the exact same issue with it. There is a very tiny leak in the center seam that leaks a tiny amount of water over time which is the same issue I had with the first item. I still have to be bothered sending this back. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. IT'S JUNK. THE LINER IS ABSOLUTE TRASH AND IS TWO SEWN TOGETHER PIECES OF VINYL AND IS NOT A SINGLE SHEET OF VINYL. GARBAGE PRODUCT. The product is easy to assemble but unfortunately I'm going to have to disassemble the entire pool and send it back to get a new one and hope the new liner isn't damaged. It's not a massive hole but I could see a miner leak on the concrete slab I have it on proving that there is a small leak in the liner. I don't have the original box anymore so it's very inconvenient for me to have to disassemble it, get a new box, and repackage it and send it back in the hopes that the new liner isn't damaged after I assemble the next one. They weren't willing to send me a new liner so I have to send this back in a box and then get a new one. Very inconvenient. Sometimes paying a higher price is worth it for the quality. Wouldn't have purchased this if I knew I'd have to do all of this. ... show more
