We purchased this in 2021 and now the end of 2023 are looking at a replacement with a similar product. We have gotten a lot if use of this pool and really didn't expect it to hold up as well for all this time. We did purchase during a high demand season so I think price point was higher that usual. Some things to note. Prep work must be done I think the amount of water going in can't really skip this step. We placed this on a spot that was level and had brick pavers, we added gym pads in addition and given comparison to other installations this is well worth doing. Set up will not be as easy as noted, my husband builds things for a living and this was still a couple hours. Important to note prep everything and double check all items have arrived. while we had no issue with missing parts, this isn't the project you want to discover half way thru that items have not arrived. This item, as every other pool I don't think is all encompassing, be prepared to have to buy more stuff, a lot more if you want easy upkeep. The pump lasted a good couple months - but it is lacking from the start. We replaced it with a robust unit - the kind that you can rinse off the filter and costs just as much as this pool. That was the game changer the pool now stays so clear. So if you're having issues with clarity and chemical levels I say this is the biggest factor. Also installing a skimmer basket to keep stuff out of the filter was well worth the $20 investment ( snag some filter socks too ). Also we purchased a rechargeable pool vacuum for the silt and thin dust that we get from sand storms in the desert, we went thru two units before finding one that worked well. About of couple months ago I did need to place the hoses due to leaking. Lastly there will be rust, we have a couple times overfilled the pool or had a lot of splash. We always remove the ladder when not in use ( for safety since we limit access to our deck which is alarmed ) a supporting pillar is now completely rusted, the pool is still functional but just note this will happen eventually. The cover is trash and replacement units are not better so given our desert location we uncovered our pool and ran it all year long. During winter we keep the chlorine levels high and never had any issues - I am sure to may play a part in breaking down the liner/plastic. So given all of that I think the purchase is well worth it. We did plenty of prep work before hand and went thru some pains to find what worked for us. This does give a good starting point for a pool but without additional products/purchases I don't think alone this will last many seasons. ... show more

Update! Setup was fast, done by myself, 2 hours and material construction was 8/10 so, I'm very pleased. Ordered on a Friday and received following Monday at 0930. WOW Total satisfaction (New review) I need to be honest here. The pool I ordered was the dark wood pattern and to include a ground liner I did not receive the pool I ordered. I received the grey rock wall pool with a tablet dispenser on the end of the return hose inside the pool and no ground liner. The simple facts. 1. I was not upset nor concerned with this error. The pool will be surrounded by a deck and the stone pattern will look great at the top above the decks. 2. I used a 16mil tarp for a ground liner, purchased through Amazon. 3. I was going to purchase the hose tab dispenser at a later date. Now I do not have to. 4. Notified seller of situation and they were AWESOME! I'm not going to share the agreement the seller and I came to but it was in my favor and it was them who offered the term. I will try to by all my pool accessories from this seller. 100% satisfied. Overall this little pool is great! We took the time to level and pack the ground it sits on. That was a bit of work but well worth it. We also put weed barrier on the ground and a Gorilla cloth over that. Works like a dream, pool bottom is level, wrinkle free and well protected. The easiest part was putting it together, very easy to do even with really bad instructions! In the end it is common sense and looking at the picture on the box to check yourself. It is pretty well constructed and the liner was a lot more sturdy than I expected. The pump it comes with is just not enough! We invested in a sand pump that pumps 850 gallons an hour and the pool is much cleaner. We bought that pump on here it was an Amazon pick and for the price being under $120 I highly suggest you invest in a bigger pump If you purchase this pool. I am fairly short at 5'2" the pool is made more for kids but works well for this little adult! I purchased it so I could get in pool exercise without going to a public facility. I can swim, and get a pretty good workout in this little guy! I love it. Overall it was well worth the price. ... show more

I do love this but unfortunately it came with a broken J piece and now we can not find a way to get ahold on the seller so I’m so sad to say this pool won’t work for us until we get a replacement part unfortunately. The idea was nice :(

Pool is rusting. I had it exactly one year! They will not replace! So dissatisfied with this ! Nobody at bestway will help! Every leg has rust on it. Looks like it will collapse any day!

Very easy to set up, husband and I had it up within 20 minutes. Took longer to unpack than set up:) Grandkids husband and I are enjoying it, grandkids love the windows. Big enough to get a good workout or just float the stress away.
