I bought this pool in 2021 and showed up in pieces the box was destroyed. However, after going though and putting this pool together I did have all the parts. I have enjoyed the pool for 2 year, but this year before opening it for the 2024 season we had a storm come through and huge tree fell on the pool. After inspecting the pool only a few pieces of the frame was destroyed. I can say with confidence that this pool is built to last. We ordered the 24’ x 12’ and 52 inch deep pool. I liked that it came with a sand pump. The pump is very small but it does the job. The pool was pretty simple to set up. We had three guys setting it up. The cover is kind of annoying to put on. It has ties that you tie to each post to keep it on so it can get tedious taking it on and off. The pool came in two boxes. Everything was intact. My son has loved getting in the pool. It is still too cold for me. Overall, the assembly was easy the pool is sturdy and it’s a great size. ... show more

We are in year two of this pool and loving it every day. It survived being packed away for the winter and set up 2nd year was even easier. Here is my initial review from last year. Pics are from this year when I re worked the lattice. I bought this pool a month ago and I LOVE it. I hope my pros and words of advice help others who are considering it. Please note, I am a healthy woman in my early 50s and did all the set up etc on my own. I also do all the maintenance for it PROS It's the perfect size for our small city back yard. It's very easy to maintain.--toss some chlorine in the chlorine holder and run the pump twice a day (NOTE: I did upgrade to a larger 1000 GPH pump but not a sand one and my pool is very clean). We swim in it daily--I use a bungee and create a "lap pool" while my husband simply swims back and forth It was fairly easy to set up--make sure to follow the instructions--I did it myself I had to take it down to re-level and it was easy to take down--I did it myself WORDS OF ADVICE: LEVELLING: Your lawn does have to be as levelled as possible, I purchased the KP Pool Leveling and Support Kit (from Amazon) and have it levelled within an inch--worth the investment! VACUUM: PoolSupplyTown Pool Spa Jet Vacuum Cleaner w/ Brush & 4' Feet Pole, Ideal for Above Ground and Inflatable Pool, Spa, Pond, Waterfall, No Pump-Filter (on Amazon) is a great vacuum and for a good price BOWING: there is a little bowing, but if you fill the pool to the water line it will decrease it INSTRUCTIONS: Yes, they were not good at all. It includes 4 tiny pictures of pools and once you determine which size is yours, you have to use a magnifying glass to see the letters assigned. Like another reviewer, I pretty much looked at the picture on the box only to realize I had the Es where the Fs were supposed to go and vice versa. LADDER: if you are going to have kids using it, you may want to consider upgrading. This one doesn't come with a platform which can make it challenging. GROUND COVER: It doesn't come with one. I purchase some mats from home depot that are working great. SOLAR BLANKET: It dosen't come with one, but you can find a cheap one on amazon and cut it to fit Overall though, I do LOVE my pool. After all was said and done I spent about $1400 but we have used it pretty much every day and we are really enjoying it. Several years ago I spent about $2000+ on a bigger one that was supposed to survive winters. It didn't and honestly, I prefer this one. Good luck and enjoy!! ... show more

This is a perfect pool for my family! I didn't write a review right away because I wanted to see how it would hold up! NO LEAKS! No trouble putting it together. I LOVE IT! ❤ So does my family. I'm purchasing color changing lights from Amazon to put up over the pool. I just received my solar color changing lights today. Can't wait to see how it looks together. Want to put plants 🪴 around the pool. We're just starting to redo the yard. Photo of pool after rain storm so it's a little leafy. More pictures when complete! The Raccons keep climbing the ladder to drink from pool haven't caught them yet. Just their little sandy foot prints left behind! Pool filter is a piece of garbage! It quite working. My husband took it apart. it actually has a little aquarium propeller in it. This is good for a 20 gallon aquarium but not a pool filter! I'm not happy I gave to search for a new filter at the end of the season. My husband can fix anything. Fingers crossed! But it sounds like I have to find a new filter. Anyone purchasing this pool save yourself the heartache 💔 & buy a good filter. It took us 3 to 4 hrs. To put the pool together. Be prepared! I agree with other reviews, I don't like the latter. It needs some work. My husband is afraid I'm going to bust my head open on the concrete. It's just not stable! I love ❤ my pool but these 2 things need work. I love the whole design of the pool except for the included filter pump. I'm a renter so I installed the pool on top of a larger piece of gym rubber mat on my patio. I upgraded to another brand Sand filter pump. This is the deepest pool I could find for such a small size. Easy to install and quick set up. No leaks.
