Best pool for the money out there! We upgraded from a 12’ Intex pool to this 15’ Bestway steel pro this year. I already had the pump (I used the Intex 530 - I run it for 8-10 hours a day and it gets the job done), hoses, ladder and other attachments. This is literally just the pool and the frame and nothing else, folks giving bad reviews for that are just not reading. This is a pool kit for those of us with all the equipment already! This pool is heavy in the box, but I got it to the backyard and unboxed it. My ground was already ready- level and I lay down two tarps for extra protection. I followed the directions in the box and the set-up was easy and went very quickly. It did not take me long and I did it completely alone and I’m a handy 5’2” 112 lb lady. I checked everything with a level before I started the water and then kept checking and re-checking as the pool filled. I did not use concrete pavers this year as I have before, as they ended up puncturing my other pool liner. I only used the included feet from the kit and they have worked wonderfully at keeping the pool stable and level and have been enough to keep the legs from sinking into the ground. This pool is a good size with the 15 footer. We have a small kid, so I wanted to include that this pool is a full 4 feet deep and the sides are of course that high making visibility INTO the pool more difficult when watching a little kid. You may need a deck etc because this height changes the angle of visibility when you step up from the 12’ size. *Folks you need your own ladder, pump, hoses and attachments for this pool. If you have all those, this is a great pool for the cost. *

Pool arrived a day early. Package was small, so I didn't know what to expect. I have mainly ordered intex pools. This was my first time with Bestway. I opened the box and found everything organized neatly and easy to take out. The instructions were overall good. I opened the liner and checked the quality and thickness and that seemed fine to me. It's not much different from liners I've had in the past. I worked on leveling the ground. I began putting the pool together and found the poles although smaller, still stable and very easy to place into the vinyl holes. The pool went up fast and everything is stable. The guide recomends pavers, but my ground is pretty solid so I went that way. The pool settled a little, but is good. My wife swam in the pool and she can be tough kicking a lot, but the pool handled that fine. The pool does not move much, even with lots of swiming. It comes with 3 plugs for the inlets and outlets for the filters. Overall I am Very Very happy with my purchase. For the money, you cannot beat this. The only other thing to add is, make sure the plug on the bottom of the pool side is screwed on good.

Put together easily but when we put 1" of water in it, the water was leaving as fast as it was going in. Guessing the seam on one side as it just poured out. Not patchable. Only given one option to return so now we have to figure out how to get this back in the box to ship it.

This pool was a replacement. My old pool I was disappointed with because of extra vinyl 2-3” around every seam. Just looked tacky. It had a leak that we couldn’t find. The ladder barely fit over the pool which created rubbing marks against the vinyl when getting in/out. The pump was not efficient for pumping and circulating the water. The hoses were cheap and cracked easily due to heat. Please note- the first (original) pool did not come from this seller. Right out of the gate, fast delivery, all parts/pieces were in the box and even though there was a little damage to the outside carton the pool was inside another box. Took a little bit to set up, this pool was a definite upgrade from the old pool bought 3 years ago. Also no leaks, the seams and cutting of vinyl were done nicely and the pattern is nice. I recommend to anyone buying a pool that you consider upgrading the pool pump and hoses, it makes a huge difference. In Florida a pool is a must have for backyard entertainment! I’m 💯 % pleased with this purchase it’s a good value for the money spent.

Our old 14x30in pool finally failed. So we upgraded using our old pump. Solid build as usual. The "Steel Max" is a bit of a stretch tho. As the material is getting thinner each year. If your rails are bending it's because you went above the recommended 0.7 inch paver height IR you are climbing on them to get in and out. But it won't take much to bend them. Biggest tip I can give is use pam cooking spray on a paper towel and wipe the cross rails down before installing for easy end of season tear down. Otherwise it's stuck like glue. We shall see if it lasts.

I rarely submit a review but thought I should this time. We purchased the pool for our grandchildren ages 4 to 14. We're two days in and I can already tell it's going to be an asset to their summer fun. Setup... took about 30 minutes. We have a large driveway so we set the pool on the concrete driveway for easy leveling. We also put a pool liner pad under it. Poles are metal. The T gadgets are a heavy plastic. The liner is the real deal. Very nice! The pool is 48 inches deep.... or 4 feet, however you wish to think of it. It seems deeper for some reason but it's not. It's a BIG pool. Lots of water. We really have no complaints about the pool, the materials or the structure. We purchased a nice ladder off marketplace for $30 and we already had a pool pump from last summer. It does take some thought when connecting the pump. The holes needed are already in the liner and you get stoppers/plugs to close those holes if needed. The only complaint we have is that the liner came loaded with "thrips". Teeny tiny reddish bugs were all over the liner. We took bug spray and sprayed the outside of the liner, the poles and connections to kill them. As of this morning we don't see any active thrips. Hopefully the spray killed them. Final review.... FANTASTIC INVESTMENT!!!!! Worth the money spent. Get yours while supplies last. The kids will love it!!!!

Great pool, sturdy and strong as well as super easy to assemble. My wife and I were able to assemble the whole pool in about 30 minutes. My advice is to read the header and description as it does not come with the pump (the price point should be a clear giveaway but wasn’t for me) but realistically, if you have a pump & filter already, this is the perfect set up. If you don’t, just go ahead and but the whole kit because it’ll be slightly cheaper. Overall, it’s great quality, holds about 4,400-4,700 gallons @ 90% capacity with ease, and the liner is good quality and thick.
