    • BROKE WITHIN A MONTH!
I had this chair for about a month and the 2 kneading knobs for the upper back broke in half. I can’t get in touch with anyone. The contact number is disconnected. Can’t find parts anywhere either. What a waist of money.

This chair is so relaxing. You do have to get used to the "squeezing", but it's amazing once you do. I cannot say enough good things! It is a larger piece of furniture so check measurements.

    • Mine is broken
Unfortunately the warranty is up. Just in time for it to malfunction. The heat pads would not turn off. I had to disconnect them so it wouldn’t overheat and catch fire while my family slept. Then in the middle of a massage, zero gravity position, it just stopped. I had to climb out of the chair. The power cord is fine, but something is wonky with the inner power source. I do agree with the other reviews, the rollers hit the bone and can be painful. I used a thin cushion to soften the blows. Now I’m stuck with a non working massage chair that can’t be sat in because it’s stuck in the zero gravity position. I’m so upset and disappointed. ... show more

The written description matched my expectations perfectly. The video clip showed vibration. This chair doesn’t have that. For the money, it’s been a wonderful “spend” for us.

The media could not be loaded. The description claims this chair has a L track that knocks, kneads, and does idk how many other things. The "L" track it claims to have is more like an "I" track. It doesn't go past the lower back. It doesn't touch your legs or bottom with any type of massaging feature. It does compress your calves with the airbags although, it is a bit weak. Don't buy if your taller than 5' 2" tall, not very comfy if you exceed that height. The "Shiatsu" feature on your back feels like one of those cheap massage chair covers you strap to the back of a lawn chair. The only thing I say is somewhat satisfying is the heating feature, and the zero gravity mode, but even that is giving this chair way too much credit for what you are paying for it.
