The Bestier Criss Cross Chair is the best desk chair I have ever owned. I have gone through a few desk chairs and none have been as comfortable as this one. I absolutely love how soft, plush, and oversized it is. The chair has a broad range for adjustment to fit comfortability! It feels sturdy yet cozy altogether. I really hate shopping for office chairs. Or having my work pick one out for me. So, when I saw this one with the arms that fold down to accommodate my cats, (Benny & Joon) AND how I always sit cross-legged, I dug in. I read reviews, full study on the details, compared pricing.. all worth it. I am 57 years and 5'8 tall and have gone through many chairs and this one is by far the best. The ratio from knee to floor is good, the seat comes fully to back of my knees (not sure how would work for shorter people but great for my height range.) Can seat in full cross legged mode very comfortably. Reclines with lock. The material and the padding is like a cloud. Good ....everything. Roomy, well made, priced well, and cat friendly. Oversized and comfy! Reclines and adjustable for Criss cross seating! Very sturdy and was easy to set up! Theres enough room for me to sit with a blanket, my legs crossed and my dog. It still fits under my desk if I put the sides all the way up. Pretty sure Koko (the dog) would rate this 10/10

I'm on a quest to find a chair, not for office, but for my desk at home. I want it to be plush and comfortable and not worry about ergonomics as I will be laying back sometimes to watch a movie at my computer or playing a game with a controller. This is a step in the right direction. It has a living room chair feel to it. I love that its not leather, fake or real - the soft fuzziness of the chair (microfiber? It says velvet but...) feels very nice. But it is the end of fall as of this post so I'm not sure how this would fare in a hotter room. It's padded well, though out of the box you can feel the bumps/creases that you see in the photos. In that respect, it's a bit lumpy, but I suspect that will either go away over time or I'll get used to it. The small pillow protrusion is built-in. It is not removable. It's sewn into the back of the chair. That was a question I had before I bought it and couldn't get confirmation. But now that I have it, I can confirm that it's not meant to be removed. As a short person (5'3), I usually hate the pillows on chairs as my back sinks in and forces a curve, which never feels right. This one doesn't have that problem as the small pillow sinks in quite easily and nicely. The way the armrests work is that as you move them up, they click at each position they can stop at. When you get to the highest setting, a pull upward will unlock it and go all the way down. From it's "flat" position, you can raise it and it will rest on the last notch you left it with. They are quite comfortable, but I wish the highest position of arm rests could be one or two notches higher. Honestly, I'm enjoying this chair. It's a bit high for me (19.5" from the seat to the ground), but this chair is designed to sit with your legs crossed and other non-ergonomic ways to sit. My feet definitely don't touch the ground while flat. I love laying back on a soft, plush surface. I haven't leaned back too far, but it goes a good distance back so you almost lay down without issue. My one main desire with this chair is that I wish it had a rocking function. For this chair you can only control the height, and the angle of the back. There's no tension involved. You can argue, and you'd be right, that a chair like this should not have a rocking function ao you can maintain stability while feet are up in the chair. But out of everything, I miss the rocking motion the must. I guess it looks like all I have are complaints. I promise I'm actually enjoying using this chair. My child crawled all over it and loved it. It was easy to put together. We'll see how time treats this chair...

owned for roughly 2 days now. Almost as comfortable as an actual living room chair, falling only a little short of that because it is a desk chair. The reclining option could go a bit further back, but it is good enough most of the time. Setup was easy, intuitive the directions are really only needed to see which bolt goes where which is good because the directions are really sparse and barren. It feels very sturdy compared to my last office chair, it's height is good though i did attach custom rollerblade wheels that make it slightly too high for me, the standard wheels are probably the prefect height. The Looks a very plush and luxurious, the arm rests work on a latchet system so they are also sturdy but may take a minute or two to figure out if your not familiar with it. They fold down more than 90 degrees letting them lay out downwards even. My cats are still adjusting to the chair, so i can't tell yet if they will love it or not. But i suspect they will, because after all it is plush, what cat can resist that? one minor warning, i had to put a blanket over it because it is sooo plush that it was getting covered in their fur very quickly. They shed alot.

This is dangerously comfortable. I sure hope I don’t drift off on my new soft-as-a-cloud desk chair during zoom meetings! It’s really cool. I got it so my toy poodle could sit next to me while I work, as she gets horrible FOMO during the day while I’m working. I love the adjust able arm rests, so cool. Love this so much. The pink is gorgeous & the velvet is really nice.

Easy to put together, instructions were clear. It is surprisingly sturdy, with good weight so it doesn’t just slide all over without intention, and moves easily on my office mat on a thicker pile carpet. The fabric is super soft and looks great, so far no spills on it but it feels like it would clean up relatively easily too. With the adjustable arm rests it’s super comfortable. I fidget a lot and reposition my legs often while working, and this has made it a lot easier to get comfortable. Would buy again for sure, especially if other colors were available.
