The frame seems the same as all the others I have used. But the canvas top is a little difficult to deal with by yourself. All others I have used, you could leave the top on the frame and fold it up. Then when opening the tent, the top is already on it and boom its set up. Not this one. Frame has to go up, then top on it. The top velcros to the joints of the frame to make it stronger. And hooks to the legs to keep it tight. With a slight breeze it's best to have 2 people. Once it's up, it fine. Just a bit more pain to deal with putting up or taking down.

I got this for my vendor markets and itโs held great so far. Its easy to assemble and I can do it by myself in about 10-15 mins which is super important. The dressed legs are a plus too! EDIT: It just went through some rain for the first time since Iโve gotten it. The canopy isnโt water proof it does leak at the seems/stitching but overall still a good buy considering the price.

The hardest thing about getting this canopy up was getting it out of the shipping box! It was packed so tightly I had to tear the box apart just to get the canopy out. If it didn't meet my expectations and I had to get the canopy back into the box to return it that would have sucked. Thankfully it met my expectations. The canopy and frame isn't terribly heavy and the case has wheels to makes it easy to transport from vehicle to event space. The assembly for this canopy is super easy. It took us 20 minutes from start to finish and the only reason it took that long is because we spent a chunk of time getting familiar with the parts (it took longer to take it out of the box). While one reviewer said one person can assemble it, that didn't work in my case. It took two of us. One catty corner on each side of the metal bars, pull bars open, place canopy over bars BEFORE you extend to full height and snap it all into place. Done. Just be aware that if you're short (I'm 5'4'), you may need a step stool to extend the top portion of the canopy to full height. I can't yet speak of its sturdiness until I actually use it at an event. We will see how it goes. As far as getting the nylon (not fabric) canopy cover folded up tightly enough to fit back into the carry case, well, that didn't go so well for me. I ended up putting the cover in a separate bag. Overall, for the price, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and can't wait to use it at my events. **UPDATE** I've used this canopy at 2 events and it worked out great. Again, took only about 15 minutes to put it up, but did have to have help. It gets easier as you go. Not sure how I feel about the black. I feel like it made it hotter within the canopy on a hot day. But that could be in my head.

Works well, definitely on the cheap side with the frame as it is somewhat flimsy. Overall it works well. I would suggest using a waterproofing on the seams. I used a Kiwi brand on mine and it helped prevent water from coming through.
