I purchased this charger in January 2021 and as of July 22 unit is not working properly Unit is supposed the have a 3 year warranty but no one to contact to get the device warranted I will try to reach out to Amazon but I am sure they will refer me to the manufacturer which I can’t see to contact

This is a fantastic fast charger. After researching and looking at past reviews, I decided to try this one because it was less expensive than other, more well-known brands. I am so glad I did. The build quality is superb. The thought that went into how to make hanging the charger made it easy as possible to hang. The small display gives you all the information you need, though one future addition that would be nice is an app to connect the charger to your phone so you can keep a charging history. Overall a fantastic product. I would give it 4.5 out of 5 if I could, the half-star taken off for lack of a tracking app. ... show more

Great charger with a great warranty! I bought this after researching many of the popular EV charger models. This is a very well built, rugged, professional charge station that delivers up to 30 amps of charge current with a no frills design and interface. A superb charger. Best deal for an outdoor level 2 charger available. It is very well suited for both indoor and outdoor use (exceeding typical standards for electrical installations). I'm an electrician, so I installed this myself, but it should be a breeze for skilled/experienced homeowners where municipalities allow homeowner installation. I installed it inside my garage, on the wall. Everything works as it should, lights, solid connectivity & a nice length of durable cable. So far so good. I specifically purchased this EV charger to reduce my 2017 Chevy Volt charging time. Previously, it took 12 hours to charge my Volt. However, now it only takes 4 hours. ... show more

I own a Nissan Leaf, but wanted to get a charger that would take me into the future. I really find a lot of value in the screen showing how much charge is in the car as well as power being drawn. The physical power button is handy. The lights on it make it look nice in my garage. The only down side is the holder for the car plug. This review is for the 32 amp model. The instructions are pretty straightforward and anyone who knows how to use a stud finder and drill can be done within 15 minutes. I've used this charger on 2 different cars and have had no problems. I believe the temperature on the LCD screen is for the battery. If I had any complaints, they'd be: 1) I wish the $50 off coupon was available for the 40 amp model when I bought the 32 amp model. I would've gotten the 40 amp charger. 2) The instructions could have specified the size of the drill bit. I wasn't sure what "4-m5" on the sheet meant. ... show more

Only had it installed and working a few hours but so far so good! I like that it shows my current draw and kilowatts drawn for the charge. Easy to install and looks great. I can now add about 25 miles of range per hour rather than the 4 a standard level one charger provides. Very happy with the product so far. ... show more
