I bought this clock Feb 8, 2021. I bought it again on June 6, 2023. I like it. Issue? It doesn't work. The first time, I hung it. It ran well for about 2 years. (Though I replaced the battery a few times.) Then, 2 years later, the battery ran out. I put in a brand new battery. Dead within 24 hours. I put in another battery. Dead again within 24 hours. I thought the clock mechanism was shot, so, I ordered another clock this year on June 6, 2023. It ran all summer, for precisely 4 months. I then replaced the battery. By the time awoke the next morning, it was dead. I put in another brand new battery. Didn't last until morning. I know, the clock doesn't cost much. It is cheap. It's cute... I'll say that. But the last one I purchased only lasted 4 months, and though it is less than $20 I'd like to think it might last a LITTLE bit longer.... My parents bought a clock in 1975. Still works! So, it is a disappointment. My advice is to choose another one. It won't last. ... show more

I bought this clock for my basement recreation room and bar area to replace the original clock that my parents had and one of my siblings took before I bought the house upon my parents' passing away in 2020. It is an unreliable cheap piece of junk because the minute and hour hands stick together at certain intervals when they cross, which completely changes the correct time. It runs on a single double A battery and I totally regret purchasing it. The clock is made of strong plastic and is light weight, which makes it very easy to hang on the wall but it stopped working properly after a year and a half. It's not like if was dropped or sustained any damage and all I did when I received the clock was set the time, add a fresh battery, and hand it on the wall. It's in the recycling bin now and will be headed to the dump on the next trash and recycling pickup day. ... show more

I loved this clock but it would keep time for a while then stop. It was hard to get the battery in also. I thought it was the battery not in correctly. I ordered another clock and finally got the battery in. So I tried my old clock and it kept time for a couple days. Iam returning new clock. I had it in the trash but I thought I would try with new battery and it has been a cupleof weeks and keeping accurate time. Back in kitchen it went Well it stopped working again so it goes out in trash. I really liked the look and it went in kitchen and went with mt new changes but can't rely on it. ... show more

I bought this to mount on a wall in my 1950s style kitchen. It seems accurate, and looks good. My only complaint is that it is a little difficult to hang because of the part that hangs on a hook or nail on the wall. Other than that, I’m very happy with hit. It’s also easy to read from across the room that makes it a really useful clock. Update: the lock stopped working after 18 months. It is not a problem with batteries, I tested them and they were fine. I can no longer recommend this clock. ... show more

Really attractive Retro clock, I have it in my kitchen. The color is true, somewhat mint colored. The numbers are easily seen and also look Retro. The AA battery was a bit of a struggle to insert. It only goes in 1 way (they have a notice about this on the back of the clock that I finally saw). My other clocks that are battery powered don't have this issue even though the box itself looks identical to this one. Still gave it 5 stars as the price is good too. ... show more
