  • Removed mildew from bricks, wood, and a metal door easily!
I spent quite a bit of time reading about different pressure washers, PSI ratings, gas vs electric, etc. and honestly ended up feeling pretty overwhelmed by the amount of information that's out there. I was shopping for a pressure washer to remove years of mildew from portions of my house, but I found out pretty quickly that reviews rarely focused on what pressure washers could actually do, but instead drowned you (pun intended) in statistics and data. Even the reviews of this specific pressure washer were confusing (some show a completely different pressure washer and mention a touch screen with variable pressure controls, a hose reel, etc.; however, NONE of these features are present on this model, as indicated in the product pictures and description). Hopefully, I can eliminate some of this confusion for other people who are experiencing the same difficulty! This pressure washer was able to remove roughly a decade worth of mildew and some very stubborn vines from bricks and a metal door in less than 30 minutes (see the attached pictures). It is noteworthy that I did not use any soap, mildew removing mixture, etc. This was purely done with the pressure washer and water from my well (which I find to be pretty impressive). For this reason, there is still a little faint residue on the door that will require some cleaning with soap (the mildew sat there for many years, so it is quite stubborn and I didn't want to damage the paint on the door). You may also notice that there are some areas around the edges of the door that I did not fully clean because I didn't want to risk damaging the door seal with the pressure washer. Additionally, I cleaned part of two boards on the back deck that have been neglected for roughly a decade (pictured). It is noteworthy that I did all of this without harming the brick, paint, wood, or anything else. A few key notes: - Never turn the water from the garden hose on until you have connected the pressure hose AND the spray gun to the pressure washer (even if the pressure washer is turned off). This will result in water pouring out of the pressure washer (albeit at an unpressurized rate if the machine is turned off) and making a mess. I made this mistake and it ruined some drywall that was laying on my garage floor, but this was entirely my fault. - Test and understand which spray nozzles you should use for which task (and which might provide too much pressure and cause damage to a surface). I used the 25 degree nozzle to clean the mildew off, but switched to the 15 degree nozzle to dislodge the vines that were clinging to the brick, and then switched to the 40 degree nozzle to wash the resulting mess off of the concrete below. - The pressure hose is pretty stiff and comes in fairly tight loops, so I highly recommend laying it out and gently working the loops out of it before using the pressure washer (otherwise, this will result in some frustrations during use). ... show more

  • Hose blew out
We did have to replace after 30 minutes of use. The hose blew out and let me tell you my husband can fix anything but this was a return. There was no fixing and no replacing. We did find a hose to replace it with on amazon but the hose costs more than the power washer. Customer service was very nice and did help us replace and get a new one in about four days. Very impressed with shipping time. Overall the product we received was different from the pictures. Ours does not have a way to wrap/hang the hose. There is no way to change the pressures. I did pressure wash my whole porch 40x8 in about 4 hours. It was strong enough to take paint off of my trim. As a family that has three gas power washers I did love the fact that there was no carburetor to have to try to rebuild. Me and my husband agreed the soap attachment was very nice. ... show more

  • Misleading Pressure Claims - Buyer Beware! 4000PSI????
I recently purchased this electric power washer with high hopes, only to be thoroughly disappointed with its performance. The advertised pressure levels are simply not accurate, and I felt compelled to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. Pros: Easy to assemble and use. Compact and relatively lightweight. Cons: Misleading Pressure Claims: The most significant issue with this power washer is the blatantly inaccurate pressure rating. The advertised pressure levels are nowhere near what this machine actually delivers. I expected a powerful cleaning tool, but it barely had enough force to clean basic dirt and grime off surfaces. If you're looking for a machine that can tackle tougher tasks, you'll want to look elsewhere. Build Quality: The overall build quality left much to be desired. It felt flimsy and not very durable. I question its longevity, especially given its disappointing performance. Noise Levels: This power washer was surprisingly loud for its size. I expected a quieter operation from an electric model. Customer Service: While I haven't returned it yet, I hope the return process goes smoothly, as my initial experience with the product has been nothing but a letdown. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this electric power washer based on my experience. You would do just as good buying a $8 nozzle attachment. The misleading pressure claims and underwhelming performance make it a poor choice for anyone looking for a reliable and effective cleaning solution. I'll be returning this as soon as possible and exploring other options that deliver on their promises. Buyer beware! Do your research and consider alternative products with more honest advertising. ... show more

  • It's small
This thing is tiny but gets the job done. If you looking for a statement manly power washer, this ain't it.

  • Two stars only because I don’t give 1 star reviews
Not anywhere near the 4000psi mark,(I would say maybe half of that) it barely removed dirt from my concrete patio. Do not purchase if you’re relying on the pressure to remove tougher stains. Unit is noisy for its size and produces a lot of heat. The plastic case surrounding the motor/pump was very warm to the touch after a few minutes of use. Only really good thing about it, and it’s not solely this unit, is that it’s electric and you don’t have to worry about wasting gas while you are not using it and can easily stop without needing to restart it. ... show more

  • This is just ok…
There is no way this machine is creating 4000 psi of pressure. After replacing a 3200 psi pressure washer with this one, the max pressure I’m getting is around 1500. Fine for small jobs. Easy set up and usage but only for very light duty, definitely not what I needed it for. Returning and looking for another. ... show more
