I am thoroughly impressed with this company! The product is great! The cats had skin problems and I had to use these to deter the itching! They seem comfortable in them and the collars aren't floppy or large! It is easy to blow up and adjust to the cat's comfort. I had a problem with one collar's zipper and notified the company (I had filled out the warranty information which is recommended). The media could not be loaded. Our petite bernedoodle had her spay surgery Thursday and we had been advised that the inflatable donuts are more comfortable for them than the cones of yesterday and I think she'd agree. She can easily eat out of a bowl and use her lick mat with no problem. It relatively easy to inflate and easy to thread a collar through the loops on the inner part of the tube, although it's annoying if you don't have the collar size correct because you have you take it out and start all over again. User error on us because we used a different collar on her so a lot of trial and error! It's easy to put on the dog without adding additional stress to an already stressful situation. She rests comfortably in it when she's not walking around as witness to the pictures! It is soft to the touch and you can wash the outer part if it gets dirty.

I like this inflatable collar a lot. We have used the cones before and they are very annoying to the dog and all of us around them. This collar is soft and easy to put on and take off. The dog’s collar goes through loops on the inside of the inflatable collar to keep it in place. My only problem was that my girl was able to slip out of it and also break one of the loops. We still use it at night but have also had her in a recovery suit. . I would buy this again .

Ordered the XL for our great pyrenees that was about to be spayed. Works great and it fits. It's comfortable enough that she can use it as a pillow sort of. I've taken it off several times for bathroom breaks or a rest and had no issues with the velcro whatsoever. I did have to get my husband to inflate it the first time, but that may have been user error since it has been a breeze to refill. Photo was true to color, based on the purple we received. Just be wary of what you need it for. With this on, our girl can still somewhat reach her privates, but cannot reach the incision site of her spay. If this were for a male being neurered, I'm not sure how much it would help. Take that with a grain of salt though, since ours is Great Pyrenees who has a long body.

Purchased this to use instead of the cone of shame after my pup Rollo got neutered couple weeks ago. It’s a Medium. He is a mini multigenerational Australian Labradoodle that weighs about 15lbs. He wears a collar that’s 10”-15” I think. His actual neck measurement is about 11”. The collar fit him well. I had to push it to get his neck to pop into it but it was not too tight at all. Actually perfect. I did not run his collar thru the loops but they’re on there if you choose. He could not get it off once the Velcro strap was connect around the outside. So THIS COLLAR DID NOT STOP him from LICKING himself. He’s got a pretty long body and is very flexible. However, I did not want to by a cone and use it. It did act as a deterrent though. Although he could still reach to lick the incisions, he did not do it nearly as frequently as when he had nothing on. Vet’s office said usually a couple gentle corrections is enough to deter a dog from licking or bothering the incisions (barring any unforeseen irritations from infections or such I presume). This Was Not the case for my Rollo. With it on his neck though, he only required a few NO’s each day. Without wearing it he was constantly trying to get at the two incisions. I did look into getting a larger size but the diameter of the inflatable donut part is the same no matter the size. So we just stuck it out with this one. Also good to know that I blew it up just one time, the first time. I did not have to add more at any point because of leaks etc. If your dog is flexible and has a long body, this likely will not be a 100% effective cone alternative. He was very comfortable, took lots of naps and wore it 24/7 for 8 days. He was still able to play with his toys, sleep, eat & drink while wearing it. I pushed his collar down below the donut and kept donut up higher on his neck. This also made it possible to connect his leash for going potty outside. It has a soft cover over on it so it’s not just plastic directly touching him and I guess it offers some protection from chewing. I did not rate the Chew Proof. He never chewed on it or tried to. He initially tried to push it off with his back paws but it lasted maybe 2 mins max. He did scratch at the area below where it was placed on his neck but nothing excessive. This did not puncture/hurt it at all.

We got this for my girl who went through her doggy door a little too fast and missed the opening. She had a giant gash on her head and we needed to keep her from scratching until we were done with her antibiotics. At first we had the cone but she was so bummed out. Her mood improved slightly with the doughnut. More range of movement. She could see better. Not to mention it kept her wound protected. This was very easy to blow up. It was perfect size for her she’s 42 lbs we got a medium. It was flexible enough that she could sleep on it. The weight didn’t seem to be an issue for her. It was a great purchase and I will hang on to it in case we have another accident.
