Nice plyo box overall. Assembly is required, but it’s straightforward and easy to follow since it only fits together one way. I used a drill in addition to the included tool, which made the process much faster—just be careful not to overtighten the screws if you go this route. Take it slow to avoid stripping or damaging anything. The anti-slip design is a great feature, and I like that you can flip it in three different directions for varying heights. It feels sturdy and well-built once assembled. Good price.

Great, super easy to put together, super heavy duty, and really impressed with the quality of the wood and coating given the price. The plywood looked really nice, but I was still surprised that I had no issues with wood splitting. Only negative was the drawings for the directions definitely weren't correct/possible with the parts I was sent... But if you have any spatial awareness or intuition it is extremely easy to assemble without directions.

Fun to build, and definitely strong. The bracing is made of scrap from the manufacturing process, and does its job, but is not precise, and makes a little bit of noise during use. Easily fixed. The finish is not rubbery, or grippy as it may appear, but rather, a matte finish, and not thick or durable. It chipped on the edges during assembly, especially under screw heads. All in all, this is durable, and useful item, that does what it advertises. I’m glad I bought it. And it was a good price for what I got.

This box is great, it has great stability. It's easy to put together and I love that it came in the size I was looking for. I like that it doesn't slide around, but stays in one place. I would buy this again, but I think this one will last a long time. Love that I can use it for a lot things, I can reach those places that I need a like boost to get to. It's not to heavy to move around. Good product for the money.

For those using this box for jump training involving dogs, be aware that while the non-slip surface may be adequate for people wearing shoes and using it as a step, it's not enough for dogs who will likely find it somewhat slippery, especially when they're moving fast and landing on the box at speed. This can, of course, be fixed. I'm looking at options such as non-slip mats, etc., when I find the right thing, I'll cut it to size and tape it on the appropriate side. We did have some trouble putting it together, requiring multiple attempts with some screws. As a result, some of the screws stick out more than they should and there are some rough edges in those spots. Again, for people wearing shoes, no big deal, but I don't want to take the chance of my dog scraping her paw, so I will be covering the screws with silicone caulk, just to be sure. Make sure to check and compare the weight of your chosen brand/size. There is a wide variation among brands for similar items. I haven't yet put it to use; I may have more feedback at that time.

I need to practice Wall Sits and Sit and stand exercises. I couldn’t find anything around my house safe enough to practice these physical therapy exercises, so I took some measurements and this box works perfectly. I can also use the box for decline push-ups at the 16” level and for incline pushups at the 20” or 24” level. With that said, as for Workout effectiveness, it’s great and safe for what I need it for, and the design is good. Although I use the box up against the wall, the box doesn’t slide around because of the non-skid surface. The box isn’t too heavy to move around and it has cut outs as handles. I’ve only had it for a short while but it seems easy to clean. The price I thought was reasonable compared to other brands. For me it was easy to assemble and the size is perfect for what I’m using it for, I’m definitely not using it as a jump box or step up box as advertised. The Workout effectiveness is a 10. At the 20” height, if I lift myself up about an inch off the box, my knees are at a 90 degree angle which is perfect for wall sit exercise. At the 24” height I can practice the sit and stand exercise while trying not to use my hands to stand up. All and all, I think it was a good investment in my health.
