I got this for my eight year old for Christmas. It broke the next day. As it is when I inflated the ball it was really weak. By the next day it had popped and the stand broke in two! My son was so sad.

Item was shipped in a box with other items, packaged well, and there was no noticeable damage to the product upon receiving and opening. I got this for my 9-year-old son that has ADHD, very active and at times very angry and needs to get some frustration out. But there was some frustration with putting it together! All of the instructions were clear, and pictures were good, but the bottom bolt that went through the bottom of the base and secure the punching bag rod was not fully threaded. My fiancé had to put the bolt into a vice and force thread it to get it to go in (not sure if that is proper terminology but you understand, I hope). Aside from the bolt issue, me and my son both loved that the set has the boxing gloves, and the punching bag was of leather like quality. We also like the base that was of a hard plastic, and you could fill it with water for weight. The package says for ages 3+, but I think it should say for ages 3 - 6, as my 9-year-old will punch it and the base will tip over and come back. I took one star away because of the bolt issue, so gave it 4 stars, and overall recommend for those that want a good punching bag for a 3 - 6-year-old.

My son really likes the punching bag but it ripped the day we opened it. I think the marketing for this is very deceptive, makes you think it will last. It won’t.
