We had another smaller claw machine that didn't really do it fir my 3 year old...but this one?! It's absolutely wonderful! It's way bigger than I thought...the toys that came with it are really cute, and she just loves it! Only thing is that my husband had to kind if take it apart to get the claw part to move back n forth. It wasn't all the way down on the tracks so she kind of had a tantrum about it at first. But once it was fixed she was happy. It takes 6 AA batteries...and they do go fast. Which is a bummer. But this is a great toy!! ... show more

We first seen something similar to this on TV and it works just as great! My kids love it. It is made of nice material. It makes moderate noise like any other machine. I like that it has tokens so kids can earn them. It also comes with some cute little prizes to put inside. It’s small and compact as well so easy to store and doesn’t take up much room. I got this for my kids (ages 4 and 6) and this keeps them occupied for a long time! It comes with balls and stuffed animals that you can catch with the claw. This claw machine is too cute. It’s bigger than I expected it to be. The machine feels durable. The little prizes for the machine are cute little plush animals and then there’s the balls which are filler for the machine. This machine was a little tricky to maneuver for my youngest but she still had fun. The coins are fun to use as reward tokens so my little ones can win a little surprise. The media could not be loaded. For the price, I am disappointed at quality. My child will love this toy, but I have doubts about longevity. Con's: we had a crack on the bottom and a broken drawer handle. Setup required removing the plastic film which was challenging around the toy pieces. The claw gears worry me because they sound like grinding. And it was challenging for the adults to actually pick up something with it. I had to stack the items to win, if all flat I couldn't. Pro's: it came with a USB cord for power, which is nice since it takes 6 AA batteries. It does make sound when you win or lose (although mine didn't pick up the first win). The media could not be loaded. My oldest daughter has always been a fan of crane games. These games, though enjoyable, can be challenging and costly to play. When I stumbled upon this home crane game, I knew it was the perfect gift for her, allowing her to enjoy the thrill of winning prizes in the comfort of our own home. Inside the package, I found the crane game, several packages of prizes, and a power cord with a USB plug at the end. The included power cord offers versatility by allowing you to power it using a USB charger block or 6 AA batteries (which are not included). Luckily, I had a robust phone charger battery pack on hand, which worked seamlessly. After unboxing, we released the crane by cutting a zip tie and added the small toys that came with the machine. We also prepared the play tokens. When we powered it on, my daughter eagerly inserted the first token, and the game came to life. The bright lights and catchy, albeit mildly annoying, music set the mood. Fortunately, you have the option to turn off the lights and music, saving both battery life and your sanity. Admittedly, getting accustomed to the controls was a bit challenging due to the three joysticks. The first joystick moves the crane front to back, the middle one shifts it left and right, and the last one raises and lowers the crane to grab and release prizes. What's great is the flexibility to set the time limit from 30 seconds to 90 seconds, providing ample time to snatch up prizes. Plus, the game doesn't automatically end when you drop an item or miss grabbing it. Unless you hit the prize chute you can keep trying as long as the timer is running. This home crane game feels sturdy and gives the impression that it will last for quite some time. While there are many positives, there are a few negatives: Short Power Cord: The power cord is rather short, measuring around 15 inches. This means you'll need to position the game very close to your power source if you're not using the 6 AA batteries. Flimsy Ball Chain: The tiny ball chain that operates the crane appears somewhat delicate. Only time will reveal its durability. Nevertheless, you can likely find a replacement chain at local craft stores if needed. Sound Levels: While the game is cute and entertaining, the sounds can become overwhelming. We eventually turned off the music to spare our eardrums and maintain our sanity, even though the game offers significant replay value. In conclusion, this home crane game offers hours of entertainment and is a perfect addition to your home for those who enjoy crane games. I would also like to note that the daughter I bought it for is 22, my youngest is 15 and I am 53 and we all had fun with it. ... show more
