I bought this bunk bed. The name says "Heavy Duty." It is not heavy duty. The railings broke. The welds came apart. This happened after 7 months. I called Amazon. They said no. It was past thirty days. They would not help. I called Bellemave. They have a one year warranty. They said call Amazon. Amazon said call Bellemave. No one helped. The bed looks nice. It is black metal. It seems strong when you buy it. But the welds are cheap. They break. It is cheap for a reason. The company will not fix it or replace it. Amazon will not take it back.

Awesome bunk bed, and QUEEN size which means it’s roomy enough for 4, 2 on each bunk. Great way to maximize space when hosting a lot of people. Very solidly built with black metal and ladders at both ends. Easy to put together, although it probably took two hours. Highly recommend!

This bunk bed frame isn’t done being put together but already we’ve run into issues where the screws won’t fully fit into the premade holes as if someone didn’t create them deep enough. We’ll see if we’re able to salvage it, but it’s very clear that this isn’t well thought out. Also, the bags of screws were opened on some of them, so perhaps the one we were provided is used! Update: There’s rust, bent edges, AND bent bars! Absolutely not ok!

GARBAGE! Save your money. What a complete waste of money, time and effort on our part. The weld spots are such poor quality. Pieces of it literally just fell off the bed while sleeping. It creeked and kept everyone awake. Total garbage. It's not even good scrap metal so just a complete waste. SPARE YOURSELF the thought of finding something cool for your kid's room.

I have 3 boys, aged 6, 9 and 12. They are inseparable and love to be with each other. When it came time to buy a bigger bed for them, we opted for this queen over queen bunk. In theory, it's great. But in practice, it's shakey. You have to attach this to a stud in multiple places to make it more secure. But the ladder rungs are just too hard and flat for bare feet, especially my kids' feet. It does the job, but it doesn't mean it's meant for the job.
