The chair came in very solid packaging and was easy to set up. I bought it for my husband but I ended up keeping it for myself. This chair is rated up to 400lbs so it more than covers me three times over. He had no problem sitting in it either. The stitching is beautiful and it’s comfortable to sit in all day. This chair is cheaper than most chairs of this quality.

Once assembled, a very comfortable chair. I'm 5'10" and the seat fits very well, with support just about all the way to my knees. The backrest tops out at about the top of my shoulders, base of my neck. So if you were looking for a headrest, this chair isn't for you. My only complaint is the difficulty of assembling it by myself. First, had to learn the secret of starting ALL the screws into their respective holes a good way, then backing them out and then putting the arm rests, seat bottom and back in place to begin attaching then. The coating on the screws made it extremely difficult to start them. Also, unless you're a contortionist, holding the pieces in place while attaching is a rigorous workout. Took me about an hour and three quarters to complete. And thank goodness the chair's comfortable, because I definitely needed to take a seat. For two people, however, should be pretty easy.

This is a great chair. Took about half an hour to assemble. (Instructions where hidden under the seat cushion). Feels like a very sturdy and durable design, and it seems like it will last a long time. I love the rubber wheels that make the chair move silently. I don't think padding is real leather but it seems like it won't rip easily. It's a pretty large and tall chair as advertised, and can definitely a large size person comfortably

Chair started off not being very comfortable, thought I just needed to get used to it, still haven't, but after 2 weeks the chair started being pretty loud with any movement I make in it. From there I started the troubleshooting process to resolve these issues myself via the FAQs of the product and guide suggested by Amazon to try before doing refund. This did almost nothing to help the issue and the chair actually started getting louder and now when I take work calls I have to stand up as I had customer complaints about the chair volume. Chair cost too much to not be comfortable and be too noisey to use so I started the refund process, was asked to take the whole chair to UPS, which UPS will not accept a full, or partially, assembled chair. By the time I jumped through all the hoops I and reached back out with this final issue I was told that I was now outside the warranty window and nothing could be done. I offered to drive it to an Amazon warehouse, to meet an amazing Driver, anything but was turned down. I'm now using a $10 folding chair, which is more comfortable and quiet and I feel I have wasted a lot of money on a chair I cant use.

I am replacing an old chair I have had since the start of COVID. In my pic the smaller chair is my old chair so you can see the difference in size. This is without it being raised up. I haven’t used the new chair yet but came packaged great instructions good it’s very comfortable. I am 5’2 and 115 and this chair is huge. It’s exactly why I was looking for. The arms can be moved up so I can sit up to my desk comfortably. I like to sit Indian style sometimes so it’s perfect. The stitching is nice and the chair has a sleek look. Great purchase for the money. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new chair.
