I defrosted and seasoned my fish and put it in the bottom tier, and in the top tier I usually put vegetables. Something I love are the small holes, so I season the vegetables directly in the top tier so anything that drops from it fall on the fish. The fish and vegetables in 12 minutes are completely cooked and juicy, one of the easiest, healthiest ways to cook. You can fit easily two portions of meals in both tiers.

If you have a busy schedule but still want to eat healthy, home-cooked meals without a mountain of pots and pans to scrub afterward, you need this in your kitchen. It has completely streamlined my dinner routine. Here is why it has earned a permanent spot on my kitchen counter: Flawless Simultaneous Cooking: The two-tier stackable design is a total game changer. Last night, I put two large chicken breasts and a blend of spices in the bottom basket, and filled the top basket with broccoli florets and sliced carrots. Because the steam circulates so efficiently, the chicken came out incredibly juicy (never dry!) and the veggies kept their bright color and perfect crisp-tender snap. Everything finished at the exact same time. The Handy Grain Tray: I was skeptical about cooking rice in a steamer, but the included grain tray works beautifully. This food steamer is an excellent addition to my kitchen. It is incredibly easy to set up and works perfectly every time. I love how the stackable baskets allow me to cook multiple items simultaneously, which saves a lot of time. You can add water during steaming. It is durable, heats up quickly, and the auto shut-off feature provides great peace of mind. Overall, it does exactly what it's supposed to do and is very efficient for healthy, quick meals. This steamer is easy to store, bigger than I thought, heats up quicker than I thought it would, the instructions were easy to follow. It is sturdy and held up in the dish washer really well! I am impressed with how much food fits into the basket! Definitely worth the money I paid!

I really love this product! It’s fast and very easy to use. It has a built-in thermometer, two shelves for steaming, and it also comes with a pot for cooking rice. This little beauty is the MVP of my kitchen and might just be the thing that saves me from my lifelong love affair with nachos. First off, the thing is deceptively spacious. Don’t let its compact size fool you—it’s like a clown car for healthy food. I’ve loaded it up with vegetables, fish, and even a side of shrimp all at once, and it didn’t even flinch. Boil time is crazy fast, too.
