I have been interested in this type of modular sofa for a while. I like the idea of being able to reconfigure the shape of the sofa and arrangement of the individual pieces. I was a little skeptical and not ready to invest in the high end modular models that are out there so I shopped around a bit before I settled on these. So far, it has been almost all pros and very few cons. My pros are that they are easy to reconfigure (relatively, it's not the same as sliding around a few pieces but easy enough), you can replace individual pieces (seat, back, sides, pillows) and they feel sturdy. The biggest PRO, all the storage!! A slight drawback is that you cannot remove the cushions and throw the covers in the washer. I haven't tested trying to clean the upholstery just yet so not sure how the fabric holds up to stains, worst case is you would replace the seat I suppose. I do find the seats to be a little shallow but is easily remedied by reclining the back a little bit. I would say it is a solid option if you're looking for a modular. Some will love it, some will have complaints but so far it has held up well for us. ... show more

I love this sectional. I was nervous about ordering a couch set online, but there were no worries with this product. It arrived in perfect condition with all parts and tools to complete the setup. My husband and I were able to set it up in an afternoon. The foam is a bit firm but it is not uncomfortably so. It is better for our backs anyway. I love the seat height, the storage, and most of all the color! There are so many options as to how to set it up as it can be configured the way you need it to be. We were going to do a separate couch and loveseat, but changed it to an L-shaped sectional as pictured. It is very sturdy and should last for many years. I also like the fact that you can order extra pieces if something breaks or you want to create separate chairs, couches, or ottomans. The seats raise up easily. We had storage ottomans in the past but our dogs knocked them around to get at the contents. No worries with these. I can unreservedly recommend this brand. We've only had this couch about 2 weeks, but we really like it so far. I was overcome with decision fatigue on modular couches and decided to get this reasonably-priced option to kick the can down the road a bit. We are very pleasantly surprised by both the quality and the comfort! Delivery took 2 days as the couch arrives in multiple boxes. Note that the transaction is only tied to one of the boxes, so the entire couch will be marked as Delivered even if only that one piece arrives that day. Assembly was super easy, intuitive, and dare I say foolproof. The screwdriver collection (you get one per box) that comes with the couch does not fit the screws very well, but any other standard screwdriver will. The couch modules are super easy to connect and disconnect in whichever configuration you'd like. Quality-wise, we are enjoying the firmness of the cushions (you don't sink very much into them, but they're not rock hard and uncomfortable). The reclinable sides can be nice in certain situations, but fairly useless in others - the sides are very low, so you can't use the backs as a "recliner" unless you remove the cushion or have another module at your feet to support your legs. In other words, the sides/backs are so low that you can really only use them to support you while laying down, not to lean back while sitting. We have 2 shorthair cats, and we are very happy that the couch does not seem to be accumulating much fur. However, cat claws snag the terry fabric VERY easily, so if your animals are prone to sharpening on furniture you'll need to train them out of it. Overall, this was one of the most inexpensive modular options I found, and the quality is pretty great for what you pay. Time will tell whether this holds up over time - I can update the review then if there are any issues. ... show more

I love the simplicity of rearranging it, that each seat opens for storage and that it each back rest can reclines slightly. The only thing I don't love about it is I ordered the dark grey and it's more a blue/grey than dark grey if that makes sense. It wasn't exactly what I was expecting, but aside from that (and how badly the cats fur sticks) it is a great and comfortable couch! Obviously the cat fur isn't a manufacture issue so I'm not really complaining about that lol. ... show more

We love our sofa - it was easy to assemble and looks great. We contacted customer service because some pieces did not make it on the same day. They were quick to respond and sent the pieces quickly. We love the storage in each piece and the fabric. The fabric can snag some (cats!) so we have protectors on those areas, but is a beautiful color and durable otherwise. I waited about 10 months to write a review. As other reviews have stated, the seats themselves broke in quickly but then kind of stayed the same. We’ve had to be careful about which ones go where to try to keep them even. I love that they’re square so orientation to each other doesn’t matter. I love the storage underneath. Each one fits about two pillows. I do not like the backs. It’s convenient sometimes to be able to lay them back, but within 3 months we had one that was broken and wouldn’t go all the way back up. Now at least half don’t work properly. Some will come part of the way up, others don’t. I will say we have a large, rowdy bunch of kids, but I expected better. I wish the option existed to purchase non-reclining backs instead. This would work well if you had a guest/movie room that wasn’t used all the time and you wanted to be able to rearrange and store blankets and such underneath. We will not be purchasing more of these in the future. ... show more
